Some suggestions (These are the same of the ones I sent to the previous dev, mods have shrunk the list down a bit.)

Heads Of Departments are always be at top of personal.
(This would makes it easier to find them and it maintains a visual stand out over the workers.)

Heads of departments need secretaries
(Cause nothing like walking in on a dept head, getting head.)

Have a hierarchy table option displaying current personal in CEO office or at lobby.
(Like any real world large corporate or businesses displays)

Have more drink options than just coffee; tea, hot-coco, iced whatever, water etc.
(Don't have to get fancy the top 3 would do, other than every drink offer reference in game is coffee gets monotonous.)

Side effects should show the minimum chance; Side Effects Chance: current value/minimum value
(So there is a visual goal for the player and not left wondering how low it can go wasting research time.)

Next to date and time a mini image displaying visual of time of day; something like
Early morning - sun in clouds
Morning - sun above clouds
Afternoon - sun no clouds
Evening - sun under clouds
Night - stars and sky
(There are mini images everywhere but there.)

Make the back button function 100% of the time.
(This trying to guess when it will work or not is somewhat frustrating)

So is Chemist's baby girl quest made unpassable if city inspector visits at the same day?

It seems to go like 1. Inspector triggers unavoidable event. 2. Regardless of options you choose the inspection takes the same amount of time. 3. After the inspection it is still morning and the chemist's daughter calls to you about the meeting at the mall. 4. After the call time skips past the meeting. 5. Quest is fucked.

It should not be like that, right?

Help pls. I can't get the old saves working on the new update. I downloaded a patch from the front page but only after realized that's only for mac

I copied my old saves into the game folder but I keep getting An exception occurred message.
I also noticed there is significantly less files in the new version.

Am I missing something?

You missed the bit where it says it breaks saves.

Is there a cheat for pregnancy? or ways to increase the chances of? I know serum can but I havent unlocked enough slots just yet so if I could increase my own virility or something? does position matter?

Do this until the option 'but it keeps happening' is select-able then you should be able to move on to the next one. order for both should be Oral(such as a blowjob) > Anal > Vaginal.

Use UnRen to extract the scripts rpa. Then go to the game > people folder. Open the folder of one you want to modify to bypass the locks(ex Jennifer) then edit the name_definition_ren.py file. At the bottom is some code you can comment out to remove the filters for some characters.

Talk to a girl and press Shift + O to open console
the_person.fertility_percent += 1000
should do the trick (I haven't tested it recently but don't see any reason why it wouldn't still work)
Change += to -= to restore normal fertility.

Anyone else really like the custom drug name mechanic? Some of my favs were "TurboPreg" which made her blaze through pregnancy fast (for fast reimpregnation!!), "InsemiMate" which just increased her fertility, "MindFuck" which maxed her suggestion along with some other tweaks, and "MindFuckX - Bimbofication" applying the bimbo trait lol

the code works however nobody is getting pregnant at least not with me

I'm under the impression this isn't something that will or can be fixed. Changes were made to the game that invalidated old saves.

Old saves will not work, period with the version too much has changed. This was one of the issues some people had with the original; dev [Vren] stated out right with every "new" version you would have to start a new and "old" saves were not guaranteed to work.

This new iteration the new devs [Tristim/LZ_Starbuck/Trollden] are trying to change this.
Now if you are only coming from a "Lab rats 2-reformulated" version

Could be some conflicting from the previous save causing issues
Did you check if
use a mod previously (and yes even renpy universal mod is still a mod)
edit the save file in some manner
version mismatch between save and current version

The inspector triggers when you produce and sell a product, then she comes and basically steals the recipe and remaining stock of said offending product. there a few ways around her.

1. After repeated visits date then get her to be your gf wife whatever, then she will look the other way. this wont help your issue.

2. Restart the day from a save and hang at the mall, (basically avoid being at at the business at all) during that day once the meeting requirements for him has triggered.

If I remember correctly the inspector only triggers when you are at the office unless code has changed.

3. Another way to bypass the inspector is the take out (a day before the visit) all stock from company repository, delete (all of) the recipes of the offending product (if you know it) then there is no reason for her to trigger from a code stand point.

But this may have changed as well.
