I don't seem to have such a folder. Only folders I have in \game\ are cache, mods, saves and wardrobes. At least in the latest Reformulate version I downloaded from here.
Last I played this game was like a year ago and now I check back in and the first thing I notice is that there are the exact same outfits available as before
Has there really been no new content added in this area AT ALL?? Or is there just some shop or some way to unlock them. Kinda crazy if there's been no new content for this long.

The All in One version that gets posted here is all in archived format. To be able to edit the files yourself, you will need to download the master branch from the github site posted in the beta area. Replace your game directory with the files found there.

It's not crazy when you understand how many individual files would need to be rendered for even a single new piece to be added. The original developer really shot themselves in the foot, by doing the graphics in such a way that it was actually extremely tedious and difficult to make, but gives the illusion of a live 3D game where you can drop in a new mesh and it automatically works at every angle and size.
Every single thing you see in the game is a two-dimensional image. There are no 3D elements. Everything that looks 3D was made in a 3D rendering program and then exported out one-by-one into flat image files.
Or, you used to be able to use a program like Unren to extract the files from the archives, but that hasn't worked for me the last couple times I tried it. Is Unren still a viable solution?

I'm ....95% sure that there is no way to make someone 100% wear glasses all the time no matter what. You can definitely add them to outfits, and you can try setting them up as her "base" wardrobe, but I can't say with certainty that it'll always apply them without exception. (It's *SUPPOSED* to, but ...well, you know how computers be.)
There is a way to make it so that they *stop* wearing them, but I imagine that - absent it getting added to the "genetic modifier" room - having the option to effectively poke someone in the eye until she needs glasses is probably a bit over the line for the game's vibe.

Yeah it's almost like the guy who was actually making the game vanished and a bunch of volunteers - none of whom had the original files needed to create new outfits - took over because they wanted to improve the game! Wow, it's a good thing that this isn't explained ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE THREAD AT ALL, or I bet you'd feel really silly for making the same point that roughly half the userbase of f95 already made!
(On a less snarky note, if you'd like to contribute to the "hey what if we actually got images that were, you know, good" project, feel free to join the discord and pitch in! I'm sure they'd love having another machine to render with once they get to that point!)
I think, but am absolutely NOT sure at all, that the way the files are packaged is not the way that unren expects them to be and that, therefore, it will not play nicely with 'em. No reason you couldn't download a second copy and try it out, though!

UnRen is no longer in development, it doesn't support latest Ren'Py versions (there are workarounds).
but there is a successor that should work just fine (used it on v2024.5a)

Nice to see this game being in development again. I have been away for a while, so my memory is kind of fuzzy. How do I get to convince Jennifer that Lily's InstaPic job is okay? Lil'sis wants me to convince her, but I cannot for the life of me remember how I did it in the past. I have even unlocked everything for Jennifer already, so I am a bit lost. Or do I need to raise sluttiness, because that seems a bit low for both of them right now?

Unfortunately, Unren is inadequate to decompile the complex code found in Lab Rats 2. It's been awhile since Unren worked with it without producing errors in the game. Maybe one day it will catch up, but it hasn't been working for now.
After you take pictures with Lily and event with the mom may trigger, asking you why Lily has so much money. You can tell it is from InstaPic. Lily will yell at you for doing so, but you can convince her to do a shot with mom. And then go from there.

Yes I have this "trait+" button that adds cheat serum traits and I know that it works, but I asked about the possibility of adding additional amounts of serum that I already have produced because that is how I interpret that you added such a possibility by writing that

Does anyone else think it would be nice if you could order them to not get dressed after? Especially if they got undressed in the first place because you spent energy commanding them. It would be basically the same thing as when Sarah gets you off before the HR meeting, and you tell her not to clean up for the meeting.
don't know whether someone gave you an answer for this yet, but you probably used a sluttiness increasing potion that put her over the threshold, but at monday it wore off, so she is no longer slutty enough for it to trigger

i think Sarah's is unfinished. even after doing every available content for her, her progress is stuck with the "special service" stuff. I noticed Candi's un-bimbofication was disabled like 2 updates before the hiatus (Cara's 1st remake). Erica seems to be stuck as well, she reverted back to being infertile and can't get the Breeding fetish despite pumping her with nanobots 24/7, can't do it through trance as well. There's Ellie and Myra too.

Can anyone make a functional changelog for this? Last time I looked on the github the giant wall of text scared me off, so even something as basic as 'extended this storyline, changed this character's look, and defeated these bugs' would help know what you guys have been doing.
