If your custom rename everyone, use Universal Ren'Py Mod to save your custom save this will retain all the changes you made without doing it all over again

While my custom save retains some changes, like the full names I assigned to them through the latest version of Universal Ren'Py Mod, the original names still revert back to their defaults. This includes their first and last names, titles, their other character and function names, which reset in the value menu. However, I've found a workaround by using my own custom cheat file and the renaming command, which I'm currently updating that occurred to me hours ago. Or less I'm doing something wrong that you found a way to fully keep their custom names in Universal Ren'Py Mod but I don't see how.

When I start a new game, her original first name reverts back, even though my custom save with her updated full name (as shown above) is loaded. Despite that, she defaults back to her old first name:

Is the only way to unlock them through cheating? Isn't there a story event to introduce them?

She will show up mid game when your serums become notorious "Knock at the door" its her

When stat Attention goes 100% and above she will visit company (with others but they are not displayed in game) and inspect your company. Effects of inspection is one of: financial fine, seizing serums, seizing some serum design, increasing serum design attention stat (I've noticed it's always by 2).
After her 1st visit she can be found on weekends somewhere in the town. You can also get home address and visit her. To get her home address You need to ask her for a date and walk her home (cinema or restaurant) or enable "Ask for a Favor" mod and ask her for Large Favor (which you can ask after asking Medium Favor first and waiting few days).

I assumed you were referring to that. Yes, I found those variables using both the Extended Variable Viewer and the Universal Ren'Py Mod, along with the rest of the cheat commands provided on the page. I really like the cheat menu in this version of the game, especially since the original developer abandoned it. However, my cheat file gives me a bit more flexibility and a simple command that sets up everything I want every time I start a new game, rather than manually entering cheats, which I find time-consuming. And thank you! It did take some time to add all those, especially with so many characters to assign cheats to. Lol.

Anyway to cheat and force show her home again? I tried kicking the girl out of the mansion but her home doesn't appear anymore... Same with Erica, I'm supposed to go at her house in the evening to progress her story but I moved her to the mansion before that point so her home won't show anymore... Kicking her out won't show her house either... I'm stuck...

I have no access to the what is being worked on thread of Starbuck in discord, but if remember right from remarks Starbuck made, we get a pretty big rework of Norah's path that will also include new date options in bar with other girls when unlocked, more policies to make having public sex legal, some Camilla stuff and as Norah is focus likely also some changes surrounding interns and University and possibly some work on the kaya/Norah hookup that was suggested earlier. (Though last might be later updates).

I remember there was some talk about this on discord some time ago. Was either in mod help or mod bugs I think. There used to be a command to reveal a girls home by command in this thread or of original game, but that command might have been changed, as it seems to be removed from the cheats.

Your best chance would be to have a search in the discord to find that particular conversation and/or ask over there. Even if Tristram himself seems on a minibreak a bit, the writers of the mods also have quite a bit of knowledge. On the whole the advice though would be never to move any of the story characters to harem mansion under any circumstance for now, until we get an update where the mansion is seriously worked on and much more integrated in game whether by a modder or team.
