I've gotten lucky using the realDream_sdxl16 checkpoint and 30 samples. No more Cthulhu, only goofy teeth and eyes (fixed with ADetailer) lol.
Any way to disable the retarded modded NPC personalities? I wonder what were they thinking writing this shit.

Nope, personally I remove NPC's with them from the game, there is an option to enable that option in the mod menu.
It gets worse when you get semi decent work-slave. That just happens to be some mentally deficient turbo autist and she calls you her dark lord while you call her your dork slave cum dump bitch after saying "hi" to her the first time.

When speaking to one of the NPC's, hit "x" to open the cheat menu and select Personality. Now just scroll through them to find one that better suits them.

Are there any DAZ templates from Vren, scripts for adding new clothes, hair, or other custom bits to character models. I really like the game but the limited options for the visuals are killing it for me...
The only thing we got is to translate it from that using AI into other pictures. There's an AI mod that you can use but idk who is running it.
Make sure you updated your Kaden mods. Depending on if you are running the April 2025 release, or pulled from develop, you might need to grab Kaden's mods from his develop track on his Git.

Nope... There's a DAZ rework that have been in the work on our discord since last year, but the enormous effort needed for the clothing options proved quite difficult to overcome. Especially by only 1 person. There's a few offers to help render, but then silence.
Go to the downtown street on the evening and click on wander the streets. if you don't find it just roll back and try again until it works.

At the beginning of the game I was asked about department heads - I answered by choosing the right option and got a girl in each department that I did not hire... and I thought that for each department in the business policies there would be a position that needs to be opened and only then hired for the position of department head, like in the HR director.
If possible, make a clearer description in the next update, please, ok?... *with a sigh, went to the beginning of a new game*

oh sorry I meant how do I own it. I have it opened but I can't seem to get the offer to buy it and it doesn't get shut down.

Hire her before that happens. Or let her get fired.
Hiring her can be done at her job. Letting her get fired means yoy do not help her or actively make her worse for her job. First interaction is something she could pass on her own. Second she can't (this is keep current job but not get promotion) if she fails second interview then she should stay at location but not get events.
