I don't see any profiles in there - just the python files.
Yeah, it's just 3 Python + 1 Renpy source files in the GenAI folder.
Drop it in your mods folder, load the game, hit shift-R and you should be good to go (assuming you've got the SD WebUI running properly).
Not sure what you mean by 'profiles', unless you mean 'settings'.
I'll put a readme.txt in there saying this ...

I usually leave Upscaling and ADetailer off but if you prioritise higher quality images over fast image generation you can switch them on and use your preferred Upscaler method and/or ADetailer model. Note that you may have to go into your ESRGAN directory and abbreviate the Upscaler filename to fit it into the GenAI Config 'Method:' field.
