help! im stuck in the 2nd mission cassino. so i had been tied to x thing, i escaped, get laptop in second floor, vending machine key, got code from slot machine. what do i do after gettig the blue book thing?

When you enter the second floor, in the room where you spawn there's a blue vending machine (or a blue closet, I don't remember). Interact with it after getting a blue book and you'll progress.

I'm stuck in the green, yellow and red lever level. The 3rd case/level in the swimming costume. I have done all the tasks but every time it is showing this message, I have tried every combinations possible with the levers. What did I miss?

go to the men's restroom on the right side, there you'll be able to go through the secret path in the wall and reach the second floor. On that floor on the left side you'll be able to find pocket with couple of vendigs with yellow cirlce mark above one

This game is a bit of a buggy mess. If you have it and it's not activating automatically then it got bugged. At that point only solution is loading an earlier save and hoping it won't happen again (perhaps changing up the order in which you do things on the floor)

It's not that the police suck at infiltration, it's that the law makes it extraordinarily hard to prosecute these people for the most absurd reasons. People need to stop hating on the police and hate on the bureaucracy that has been scapegoating them for over 300 years because the police are even bigger slaves to bureaucracy than your average citizen, they effectively have no will of their own.

Imagine what it's like to devote your life to protect others because you genuinely care about others as if they were your own family, your family that you hardly ever get to see and constantly worry that you are putting in danger - a guilt that slowly eats you away inside, getting paid shit and unable to get rid of the bad guys because they have more power than you in the long run, and every time you follow some bullshit order that you know is wrong because lawyers are fucking psychopaths, the very people you try to protect hurl abuse at you. Why do you think so many of them look dead inside? I say all of this as somebody who kills people for fun. And I promise you that you people, all of your positive affirmations don't mean a thing. That's all I have to say, well that and if you're not willing to take responsibility then you have no right to complain.

Whenever I go outside I have their Manual/Rules with me, so when I need to shit on the sidewalk I can just approach some uniform, recite the rules, and force them to shield me from public view while I dump one right there onto the tarmac.

I get there are regulations, but what I don't understand is why some Japanese games are so lightly censored as to be hardly any inconvenience at all, others, like this, are so heavily censored that it ruins any possible enjoyment, and you also have everything in-between.

its really just down to moral preference, as Japanese censorship laws are pretty open to interpretation. There are things that will blatantly get you executed for putting in your games over there (something I believe should be a trend worldwide -_- off epic games and fortnite Pl0x) but this censorship problem even in normal video games (EG Atelier Ryza) is a fucked up moral obligation that these companies stick to in the name of profit insurance rather than any hardline law =/ its kinda fucking stupid, ngl. Just as asinine as what Australia pulls with games in general, but really until the world stops being weak shallow curs about fictional content, we aren't going to stop seeing stuff like this >_<
