This tag is wrongly used here as it's not 3DCG, just 3D. Well, at least it's not 3DCG as it's defined here on this website as factualy 3DCG is just a regular 3D game, a mean of rendering 2 dimensional image as 3D.

Fun fact, you can accidentally strangle her to death, also funny how the model is made with near fully present internal organ and at least the basic of a skeleton inside it.

My good sir, most (if not all) 3D games utilize 3DCG...
Not all games with 3DCG are 3D games, however.
3-Dimensional, Computer-Generated.
Usually the term is used for blatantly 3D models, such as those in Unity, Unreal or the like.
More realistic models get around the 3DCG label because it's something of a style rather than a type of game, per se.


TL;DR
3D is the game's format.
3DCG is the artstyle/character-modeling of said game.
