Netorase Phone by Le Stag reviewed at version 0.21.2

Story - This is not a new, exciting, fresh story by any means; in fact, these kinds of games are now popping up at quite the rate. This one, however, is quite established now and is quite deep into the overall narrative. Overall, the narrative does tend to stay grounded in reality, as a result, the overall feel is a very slow pace - while this is great in terms of helping this couple step into the world they are entering... the nature of the story telling chosen here means there can be a bit of repetetiveness to things. Our Dev does his best to break these up with little in-between scenes here and there. Most of the time it works and the overall narrative is somewhat compelling...

Art - It's Civitai, and if you are not new to the genre, you'll have seen variations of the models used before - The good thing is that rather we are only showed little snippets of art through picture messages and as a result, there is some consistency with them rather than than the problems some get with say a Ren'Py game when outfits are varying between scenes. Our Dev obviously at least takes the time to ensure that there are the correct number of fingers, and eye colour remains constant. It helps with immersion, but I can't say more than that it is AI after all.

Character - There are a handful, obviously our MC and his Partner, her two best friends and then the various bulls introduced throughout. Despite the fact that it's quite a linear journey and obviously, there is some character development between or MC and his partner as they come to terms with their new kink, there is some player input in how that development goes, you obviously cant stop the the MC becoming a cuck, but can choose how much of one he is and the partners can be lead down a path of cuckqueaning too. What's really nice is how the corruption spills over into the friend group, and somebody else sees what happiness this life brings and becomes more open. Our Dev has been clever with the Bulls too - they cover the entire spectrum when it comes to being a Bull, from extreme to passive, with the only one who is compulsory being the
One straight down the middle.

Overall - This game is not going to be for everyone. It is already broaching a topic that is controversial... but there is a reason copies of this game pop up left, right and centre. It's an easy play, and this one is one of the best. It is not without its issues, though, but they are mainly due to the format being used here...

Most of the gameplay does actually work. We get nice Instagram posts following a modelling gig or a night out, we get text messages and stories that seem to be consistent with time and places (there are a few of the "extra" stories that can appear and not make sense, but these are random, so I can give a pass. (ie you can get a message of your partner stating shes at a bookshop, followed immediately by the bull stating shes with him) It's nice that we can dance around the chapters to get missed pictures with a nice skip button too. There is a lot that is good about the game, its just the pace that damages.

Our main issue is that the story has become somewhat stagnant, there's only so many times you can read about your sexual escapades with the same character over and over again - Le'Stag has tried to combat this with "rewards" of different pictures or trying different ways to tell that sexual encounter, even introducing short animation now... but the fact remains. If you've read your missus, describe how she has been nailed once or twice; it's enough. It is nice that in the later stage, we are getting hints of a Cuckquean path... I just question if it's come a little late

I will always maintain that these kinds of games are always told from the wrong perspective and would have much more opportunity if told from the woman's, but hey, that's only my personal perspective, and your mileage may very... But there's a lot more story to tell if we can see her messages to the bulls (which sometimes we do), give her a chance to get on a Tinder-style app to find a bull etc etc.

Id say for anyone who doesn't mind AI art and is a fan of these NTS/NTR phone games this is at least one to try - I cant guarantee it will blow you away by any means, but its at least better and with more content than most of what similar games provide on here. Its at least one I am going to follow for a bit anyway

The Chemist by Fringe Creation Revuewed at Episode 4

Story - Our dev attempts to weave a little narrative into the mix... It's an apocalyptic, end-of-the-world kind of story. Unfortunately, it gets lost in the choice to include unnecessary sex scenes, corny dialogue, and numerous typos. There is simply nothing worthwhile in any of the writing here, just many forced scenes that create a nonsensical narrative.

Renders - The art is by far the best aspect of this game, which is saying something, considering it's only around average at best. We have a mix of character models ranging from voluptuous women to smaller ones. Some are rendered better than others, but overall, there is no clothing warping or hair clipping. So, despite their averageness, they are at least done to a certain standard. The environments are shocking; I laughed when we started in a classroom setting with only two pupils and a teacher. Not even the typical dark silhouettes appear here. The lighting in scenes also becomes slightly worse as the game progresses.

Characters - There are a lot, man. Most have innuendo names, which is quite ridiculous. There's no individuality among the characters at all - every girl you encounter has the mindset of "I must jump on the MC." In the first five minutes alone, you meet five characters with this attitude, one of whom even succeeds. There is nothing remotely striking about the MC that would inspire this. The only character development I noticed was when one character decided her entire personality needed to change after sleeping with the MC. Other than that, all characters remain fixated on their desires with no development whatsoever.

Overall - This is a project full of bad elements, which results in an ultimately bad result. There is simply nothing about this thing that I can find redeemable at all. The whole thing screams a horny teens wet dream, with the urge to simply move from one Lewd Scene to the next, not caring about the quality of the writing along the way. The typos, cheesy dialogue, and lack of plot development make the whole experience feel lacklustre. It is truly a shame because underneath, I actually believe the plot could be interesting in the right hands. Instead of providing an immersive game, our developer has opted for a full-blown porn journey. It was somewhat torturous to get through, and I won't be returning.

Family Matters by Perv2k16 reviewed at Episode 13

Story - The overall plot could be quite interesting. It's a sub-genre that isn't really favored in AVNS, but the execution is quite disorganized, resulting in a missed opportunity. I found myself questioning if English was the developers' first language, because although it's not full of "Engrish", the dialogue feels disjointed and unstructured. Engagement is severely lacking despite the many choices available throughout the game; most feel forced, creating the illusion of choice and resembling a kinetic novel. With this forced, disjointed narrative, the story becomes less interesting and gets lost in the weeds.

Renders - The renders are pretty standard models; don't be shocked if you recognise some of them. While they are polished quite well, given the lengthy production of this game, there are instances when they don't quite meet today's standards. The environments are a mixed bag. During the daytime, everything is fine, but at night it gets very dark. While I appreciate that this might be an aesthetic choice to align with the game's narrative, there were times I was questioning my brightness settings because I struggled to see.

Characters - I found character development lacking; at times it feels like events unfold around us simply because that's where the plot needs to go. Given the game's length, only Vicky and Julie seem to have any real development. However, this development seems like a convenient plot point rather than authentic character building. The other two characters exist merely to fulfill plot functions: one is there to corrupt our sister, and the other is needed to create a sense of danger at some point.

Overview - I wanted to like this game; I really did, but I found it to be a real chore to play. Despite the uncommon plot, it is just not written engagingly enough to hold interest. This is most evident with the choices; while it's nice to have options to foster engagement, if you’re going to pull the trigger right away and give us a game over, you're simply providing an illusion of choice while forcing the issue. Also, the correct choice isn't nearly as obvious as the developers assume. Additionally, much of the dialogue feels somewhat cringeworthy, and the emotional response the developer aims for is completely missed. It's such a shame that a plot with immense potential is let down. This could have gone somewhere, but instead, it stalls due to poor writing, lackluster character development, and mishandled pacing.

March In View

So I didn’t think I played that many games in March, but when it came to writing this, I realised I actually got through a fair amount. I think this was down to a slow start to the month compared to others. There didn’t seem to be that many games dropping. I put this down to the fact there was a big release and games not wanting to release around the same time to avoid being lost. But thats just guesswork.

Regardless of said big release, there were still some good games found, A nice return to some games and I managed to play 15 new releases and 22 updates, averaging about 1.2 games a day. In fact, for the first time since I started this month-by-month thing, I actually had games left in the “to play” folder. I’ll hopefully get back around to them the next time they come around.

So let's journey through what f95 brought me in March.

New Games

Bonds Between
- It's hard to say if this game is going to be for me or not. Overall the renders are fantastic, but as to what the actual premise is I couldn't tell you, we seem to be setting up a lot of different stories here. It is honestly difficult to judge a 1 chapter new game, especially when they are this short. But if the story quality is as good as the render quality we have already got, this is really one to watch.

Blacked Tiffany - This could be great, but it also could be equally ridiculous. So far the renders are below average, and the writing is even worse. I can't tell if it's setting up a cuckold story, a cheating story or a swinging story. But I am interested at least. It's never going to be top 10 material, but it could be a nice little pallet cleanser.

Family Secrets - It seems we have a problem with new games dropping and ultimately showing us nothing. Overall this game can be finished in about 8 minutes and so far it only details the main character with poorly written thought and backstory while he was sat on a plane, then a short introduction of characters. As debuts go, it was poor.

Altered Bloodlines – This one has a bit of meat to it and certainly lasts longer than the 8 minutes I have already talked about. We have some good renders, but there are times the art seems iffy, For example, there is one shot in the only lewd with weird-looking flat boobs – the premise is pretty much laid down to us here, not directly, but we get enough to know where it's going. It is one to watch.

Paradise City - So here we have Loki and his wife attending a holiday with his stepbrother. But in a shocking twist, it turns out that his brother tricked him and it's a sex island. You would think that shit would come up in research, which our MC actually did! - while this is actually one of the longer debut games I’ve played. The issue we have here is this NTR/Hotwife premise is no longer new, there’s loads of these kinds of games and while it's nice its not AI and has what could be considered a decent idea. The landing is missed. The pacing of this game is far too fast.

A Perfect Couple – Well colour me shocked, we have an NTR/NTS phone text style game that is not AI generated. It is in a very similar vein to Stay Online, the MC has to leave the country, we have a best friend who corrupts our FMC and so the cheating hot wifing etc begins. We do seem to be getting a little more images here than we did in stay online, but ulitmately its more of the same and this will have to do something fast to stand apart.

Our NTS story - Quite a sex filled opening chapter seems our MC's already have an open relationship. Its nice it gives you he option where to go, be it NTS or cheating on both sides of the coin. Its an intersting way to do it rather than have the first chapter do the build up. The AI art is poor though. , The hair keeps changing colours and occasional styles the clothing changes at a few times. No six fingers though which is always a plus.

Jazzy Times. An AI game that isn't interested in NTR, colour me shocked. Essentially just a little demo, a nice introduction of characters, and nothing too major happens. The art seems consistent, but it's not as art-heavy as some other AI games. you spend a lot of time looking at backgrounds. Looking at the future tags. I don't think this is one I'll continue.

No Big Deal - One of the better debuts I've seen, often we find that new entries are short and showcase nothing. Here we have a somewhat meaty first release, with a couple of lewds, setting up the premise. I won't lie and say it's perfect, there are some points where the dialogue feels wooden, sometimes forced and the renders aren't exactly mind-blowing either. Honestly hard to tell if this is going to go anywhere, but I am interested in playing the next part at least

Sorority secrets – This was a punt of a download really, the fact that it was a sandbox was really putting me off. But well there are some games with sandbox elements that arent that bad so a chance was taken. But no, the premise of this game is set really fast. You have your days split into mornings, afternoons and evenings, you have money and a world map to explore. I could tell it was going to be grindy as soon as I was invited to a club with a cover charge of $200 and only having $50. The dev seems very overly keen on giving every character tattoos of some sort. Bowed out of this one rather early.

Rediscovering Maria is a strange one, yeah there's not enough content there, but I'm willing to bet the timid frigid girl wearing the cross is going to become an over-sexualised nymph. There was a choice for a gym so there is a chance of body transformation there, especially given our FMC is unhappy with her image. There was a choice about excitement over the thought of someone else, so it might be mutual cucking. Either way it's odds on that it's a TACOS clone both in content and quality.

Beneath the Surface – The renders most of the time feel flat and there is a real shading issue in most if not all of the scenes - There is nothing really here to make a judgement, a real slow burn of a game. Could be one to watch, couldn't say yet, but based on the plans I am not too excited.

Corrupted by Love – A lot of errors in the first moment of this game, specifically with the text message system, characters' name being default in them and repeating messages. The AI art is a little incosistant but it's nothing too major. Actually a good attempt, but nothing we have not seen before.

City of Sin– One of those new games that shows nothing, renders seem at least presentable, there are a few typos here and there, but nothing too bad. Could be interesting, there's just nothing to tell me either way.

Danger BLUE – A nice little introduction to the game, gives a little mystery and introduces us to two potential LI’s and gives us a bit of backstory and history with a 3rd. For a debut this is really not bad, the dialogue could do with a bit of work. I am willing to give this a few updates to see if it finds itself

Updates

University of Problems
- Though technically F95 says this was updated in February it did actually update UK time in March. So it just made the cut. A game that until the end of December was in my top 10, but found itself dropping out. I've finally reviewed the game here and some of the reasons for the drop are actually mentioned and talked about. I am happy to see we are getting a bit of course correction, or at least the pieces are now falling into play to allow the story to move on. It's not quite up there to be back in the top 10, but if things go the way I hope they are, it might make its way back

Mila AI – This was a game that until my review dropped was actually in the watchlist, but its actually come alomng a lot since it first found its way there. As AI games actually go, this is one I find impressive.

Breaking Ties - The Synopsis and Previews gave this game such promise, Unfortunately, it fails to deliver on anything! The writing is sloppy, bordering on even stupid. It's not engaging at all. Given we know the plot straight out of the gate nothing is really surprising, It's a nice and different attempt on what is already a saturated market. Unfortunately, it's not landed by any means.

My Bimbo Dreams - I came to this one not really expecting much but actually was pleasantly surprised. You can read my thoughts here. I am in no rush to get back to it, but I'll certainly pick up the updates as and when I have time.

Being A Dik – Ahhhh the big one. This is the game I alluded to in the introduction. I actually spent a good deal of time with this update. A little over 6 days. It's quite impressive and still revealing secrets to me now. This is one that's in my top 10 and will probably be there for a while. I reviewed it here

Serenity Meadows - Here we have a typical incest cough sorry typical Landlady game. The writing is all over the place to be fair. desperate need of a proofreader. There is so far nothing interesting developing in terms of the story The renders are not the best, they feel somewhat dated, though it seems to be the dev's first game so I shall give him a pass. Even though they look dated there are some decent-looking characters. MC however looks stupid. overall a less-than-perfect entry into a genre that is already over-saturated with better quality games. Will need several updates before getting back to this

Harmony Haven - A little update to the game. I can't really add to what I said here.… Its still one to watch and I am still looking forward to seeing where it goes.

Stay Online – So it's looking like this one will be a regular as we seem to be getting updates every month and to be honest I don’t mind that. It's not overly taxing and breaks up big story-driven games quite nicely. This update did not put me off in any way, though I have nothing really to add from what I said here

Just Married - Played this back when it was just a demo last month - it was very short and the only thing I mentioned was renders border on average to okay and that's a good thing because you'll find yourself staring at the same image as text scrolls. For this to become something, it needs a lot of work. This update was a pleasant surprise. While the renders still border on average to above average there are a lot more of them and it doesn't seem like I am staring at the same render while text scrolls. The choice at the start is interesting. This might have some potential, but like when I last played this game... I need more.

Simple days - This was an accidental download. I gave it as long as I could but couldn't really get far into it once the grind happened. It's a badly written thought out story and the majority of the game is a grind. The renders are piss poor if they don't look grainy the characters look waxy. Overall this is a boring little jaunt.

Stranded - So this is a weird one a sort of mix between renders and real imagery. It is trying to be told from some sort of first-person view, as such you'll only see a character render as if you were facing them. I don't think it really worked. The character renders zooming in and flying around the screen are nauseating - the animations were somewhat smooth, but the overall visual presentation is very off-putting. It is a no from me.

Growing Things Up - So they have finally got rid of that apostrophe… This was a small but nice little update, seemed to get a bit of exposition on a key character. Overall did nothing that would change my review, but I am still interested in where this goes.

Altered Worlds - Pretty Much a porn version of that old Nick Cage Film The Family Man. The opening BBQ scenes were pretty boring. I found it to be a “just a look at my pretty assets showcase” and despite it throwing women, who I know we are going to have lewds with, at me. I was wondering throughout where the fuck the game was going, could only come up with a Family Harem and was so close to being out. The twist is good, I don't think there are any "what if" games out there, but as mentioned. There is a film with a similar concept so it's not exactly new. The renders are fucking stunning. Well up there with some of the best, I can not fault them at all. It's hard to say if I like it or not, but I'd say It's got me interested, so far, I'd at least like to see another day in the "prime world" now he knows about the switch to see just what it's going to push.

Victoria in Big City - This game has been going on for some time now and the wait for this update I think was a bit damaging. While there are reasons for the delay (the game was going in another direction, but didn't) I still don't think it was worth the year's wait. I said here that the game lacks direction... I am seriously concerned it might not get it back.

Office Secrets - I picked this up way last month, despite saying I'd stay clear of them, we have a relatively short update here, but the premise is well and truly set. It did nothing to turn me away anyway, so will be continuing going forward.

No Fap Island – this was quite a fun game. A mix between reality shows we have an MC thrown on an island and told he can't cum. Let the fun begin. The AI art is done well, though it does get a little repetitive. But there are no extra limbs, and clothing and hair remain consistent- it's very well done and I am interested in seeing where it goes

Ms. Denvers - A bit of a Meh game this. I wrote about it here I can see what it wants to be... I'm just not sure how long it will take to get there...

New Coral City - Oh man what a ride. I actually think this is my lowest-scored review game ever. I think I need to try Follower first.

Westview Academy - I only just reviewed this one - you should read that for my thoughts.

Sandy Bay - This is a game I really need to get around to reviewing as I have now been playing it for some time. However, I also need to start a fresh playthrough as the game is so far not that memorable. The renders are a bit weird and would be off-putting to most, blending a weird flatness of clearly computer-generated characters with real-life backgrounds. It's nothing special by any means, but it is telling an often-treaded story in its own way.

B.E.S.T - So I last played this in December and it made it straight to my top 10. This update hasn't changed that. it's a fresh take on the school genre and one I am happy to continue playing.

Campus Bonds - So I am actually in two minds to continue this game or not - at the start I got the feeling it was trying to be different from BaDIK, but it fails so dramatically and is so similar I actually questioned if the similarities were on purpose. We have a Busty Librarian who we are not getting on with at the start, a Jock who hates us, a sprinkling of drugs here and there, free roams where you collect money and magazines and a morality system similar to the Dik/Chick - The story doesn't seem to be as engaging as BaDIK and I question why do we need this game when its bring nothing BaDIK hasn't already brought.

Blast from the Past

Over my time on here I have heard great things about City of Broken Dreamers, rather than go straight for that game I figured I'd try the Devs first game Depraved Awakening. I won't lie, I wasn't impressed with it. Still I not put of from COBD so expect to see that here soon.

The Fappies!

This month as well as our usual awards we are going to get 3 new ones. Worst New Game of the Month, Worst Updated Game of the Month and Hottest Lewd Scene of the Month. I am really interested to see if any game can get both the worst and best awards, but we shall see....

Best New Game of the Month - This category is getting hard I won't lie, I've mentioned a few times here already that we seem to be getting 3-minute wonders with game debuts and I really can't give an award based on that. But, that being said, we had two good debuts this month No Big Deal and Danger BLUE. They are both good in their own merits, but given some of the gameplay mechanics of Danger BLUE the scales are tipped slightly in its favour

Best Updated Game of the Month - I went into this month expecting it to win, so this month might be a bit biased, but I can't remember the last time I got 6 days out of an update. Well Being A DIK certainly managed that, however, that being said just because I was shocked by how much I enjoyed it, My Bimbo Dream almost had it.... maybe next time.

Best Lewd Scene - So there were actually two scenes that made me think of this award this month, Josy & Maya's BDSM scene from BaDIK and The Poker Scene from Victoria in Big City. I found both hot as hell, but I think Josy & Maya was absolutely stunning - I have to give it to The Poker Scene, Just because not only was it stunning, but the sheer length of it was amazing.

Worst New Game - There were so many to choose from here, basically, if you're showcasing your new game and it's under 5 minutes... chances are you are getting considered for this. But ultimately the worst one for me this month was Family Secrets. Showcasing your game with a shoddy created AI plane animation then just filling it with backstory and preposition... Do better...

Worst Updated Game - This one I didn't even need to think about. Serenity Meadows. Unfortunately, the dated renders and lack of a proof reader let it down here.
in our NTR story there more than NTR/NTS path, there stub and cuckquean paths even a loyal ones

Story - There seems to be a missed opportunity here with the plot. At its core, it's a very good idea; however, it is let down by its length and quick pace. There are a lot of things that just happen for story or porn logic reasons. It's a shame because there's a lack of depth that detracts from the overall narrative. I think this is most evident with the choices; the game is clearly written to go one way and doesn't handle choices well. That's not to say the narrative is bad; it just doesn't bring anything that defines it and could use some serious polishing.

Renders - The renders here are okay; there's nothing striking about any of them by any means. There was an issue in the first chapter with Zoe. Her police badge is really small, and I suspect that is to hide the clipping that occurs a bit with her lanyard. There was also a party scene in the first chapter where the background character looks laughably flat. I wouldn't say any of the love interests stand out personally for me, except for Amelia; her tattoos seem really wrong, sort of painted on. Other than that, every character looks average, except the MC, who has no defining features at all and is quite unmemorable. Animations are done really well. I'd argue they are probably the best aspect of the game, but given the lewds are few and far between, it's not saying much at all.

Characters - There is a distinct lack of character development. Most of the characters are just there when needed; there's no build-up to anything at all. Take Zoe, who has only just met this MC, but after a short day with him and a quick party, not only is she falling for him, but he's starting fights to protect her, which leads to the whole thing escalating. Nothing related to character feels earned; the plot just requires this to happen, so it will.

Overall - This is by no means a good game, but it's not a bad one either. Overall, it feels like the dev rushed to get this completed. I think this is most evident with the endings. It's a shame really, because there are ideas here that, if developed a bit more, could have led to something more meaningful. Instead, we are left with a short game that rushes its plot at the cost of character development, coherent narrative, and any sort of meaningful payoff. It will likely rank quite low on the recommendation list; sure, if you have time, play it, but there are certainly better games of this genre out there.

Hard Days by VNAdults Reviewed at 0.4.7

Story - I'd argue there isn't really any story here at all, at its base, it is a sexually frustrated wife stuck at home for reasons, who suddenly gives in to depravity when new swinging neighbours move in. It's not exactly a deep narrative, nor is it very well written. Just let's get our FMC into any situation where she can open her legs. The writing is as bland as you can expect for a lewd showcase, though given the shallowness of the story, you'd be silly for expecting exceptional writing.

Renders - The renders here are hit and miss... mainly miss. So far, we have been introduced to a number of characters. In terms of girls, we have the FMC, her mother-in-law, her boss, and her neighbour. While most are rendered well- meaning there are no bolt-on boobs, the hair doesn't look like a Lego piece, and no one really suffers from clothing warping to their breasts - there is no female character who is truly attractive. This issue extends to the men, where all the men so far are just meh... I wonder why the FMC has any interest in them at all. The environments are basic; due to the lockdown nature of the game, you are essentially stuck in the couple's house. The sex scenes are where this game shines. They are above average and have been executed very well.

Characters - There is noreal character development here at all - well I gues there's a little with our FMC, though that's just with her horniness and what she is willing to do with the other blokes of the games. Her husband is written as a stupid character, some of the stuff the FMC gets up to under his nose borders on ridiculous... but hey, that's the nature of the game. All of the other characters are just there for a dick really.

Overall - This is without a doubt a jerk off game, though it has put forward a loose concept of a story, I think it knows what it is and is not trying to hide too much. If you are after a female corruption game, there are other games that approach the subject by far better... You are not going to get anything other than lewds from this - instead, you'll get a shallow story, with the illusion of choice and forced love interests hidden behind a barrage of nicely rendered lewds. This isn't going to be for everyone by any stretch of the imagination... but if you like quick horny scenes it might be for you.

Love, Honor, Betray by Renio Studios - Reviewed at Episode 12

Story - This game is trying hard to have an underlying narrative, but I just question what the actual plot of the game brings. At its heart, we have a blackmail game. Due to some untimely events, our MC is blackmailed and we follow her as she tries to solve that mystery, while also coming to terms with her own sexual desires. The two things are not irrefutably linked, and neither part needs the other. Yes, there are some things with her corruption tied to the blackmail - but it just feels forced to get our FMC to a certain point faster than she should. The narrativ,e while not poorly written, does feel somewhat choppy, There are certain times I got a feeling of being lost as the plot jumps around all over the place, trying to push our FMC into a certain situation.

Renders - I found the FMC really well done. In terms of where thedev is putting their focus its here... but she is the star of the show so to speak, so it is understandable. the remaining renders arepassible, a bit above okay maybe, there were no renders that really stood out as bad to me, despite some looking a little grainy/out of focus. Our environments are done really well, the seem to have well thought out lighting, there were no scenes that suffered from being over saturated or a little too dark that come to mind. Given the nature of some of these environments it was nice to see them with some NPC's too rather than the usual big empty spaceyou come across in some games. There are a lot of scenes in this game andlike with the FMC it is obvious to see where the Dev is putting the time in here.... The F/F scenes are really well done and when comparing them to the F/M scenes its like night and day.

Characters - I found the characters to be the main problem of the game - character development is very incosistent - I wouldnt say its all over the place. But an angenda is defitneltey being pushed here. - Despite the fact we do get choices, most of them feel empty and a lot of things feel forced as a result, the development of our FMC feels like its happening to fit into a plot size hole, rather than developing naturally around the plot.

Overall - This was not at all what I was expecting - though I found the game enjoyable, there are other games that are similar in some ways that are simply better. It is, at its core, a wank fest/kink showcase, hidden behind a very basic story, that is not only not needed, but is not enough to carry it forward - While the content was, in some parts, hot and did enough to carry me to the end. I got a feeling of "meh" in the later chapters. There is a lot of things in this game that are just forced sinply because it is a kink showcase. While it is by no means a terrible game, its not exactly genre defining either. It would do a lot better if it accepted what it is rather than hiding behind its basic plot. While I am not turned off, I cant say i'll be running to download the next update.

May In View

So, another month down, this year is really flying, isn’t it? I felt like I got through a lot of games this month, particularly new games… I noticed my notes growing and growing by the middle of the month, so I decided to count… 16 new games were played by the 17/05, which is more than I've done in any month since I started documenting in January.

Saying that, New games are becoming a little easier to blitz through… Ive lost count of the amount of times I have zoomed through one in 5 – 10 minutes. I also think I am getting to a point where I am now just playing the actual updates to the game rather than the whole thing – there definitely seems to be more and more games making multiple appearances in this monthly review now, so I might just have a lot more time. I was actually contemplating having two “Blast from the Past” this month, but ultimately decided against it.

But yup, that was by far my busiest month, a total of 21 New Games and 37 Updated games were recorded. Along with the Blast from the Past – that made a total of 58 games played… an average of 2 a day. I honestly don’t think I will be reaching them numbers again, but we shall see. Anyway, let's have a look at the noteworthy games F95 brought me this month and a little of my thoughts

New Games

NTR Messenger – Honestly, at this moment, I do not know why I continue to download these games at this point. The GUI on this one is a little noir for me, but there does seem to be a lot of paths here. It's only a demo, so I can't really comment on anything really. At the moment, it's hard to see if this one will offer anything the others do not

Life Together – Well, this certainly was a Demo, and a poor one at that. Can finish both paths open to you in about 20 minutes. The renders are okay, more than okay in some places, but there’s nothing in the narrative that’s really hooked me. I am going to need a bit more before I decide if this is worth continuing or not.

Kings Revolt – doesn’t get off to a good start – the first render model presented suffers some pixelation, graininess and her hair clips several times, they do not get better – Has a BaDIK affinity system, though it is not implemented half as good. In terms of story, there is something there. Nice little gangs, conspiracies and violence with enough of the plot thread dangling to keep you interested. Not sure this deserves too or will ever reach the height of some of the games it's taken inspiration from, but it's given enough for me to at least follow it

What we Never Said – The renders here look a little flat, sometimes grainy. Absolutely nothing special about any of them, either characters or environments. We seem to be hinting at history between the siblings, not quite sure what that is, but it's not as deep as the dev thinks it is. Looks like it's going to be a simple family game, not sure if it will reach the heights of others.. But I'll allow it one or two updates.

The Wild Boy – Man, this one was short, so short. I know it's a prologue, but it's still lacking. I must admit I am interested in how this “back in civilizational” will play out, but other than that, I can't really say anything. I’ll reserve judgement till chapter 1, I think.

Netori Phone – Well, this is a turn up for the books – an NTS phone game where you play as the bull, while I still maintain that these stories would be better told from the girls perspective, it's quite refreshing to see another side to this type of story for once.

Layla: Shattered Hopes –
This is a genre I don’t see enough of, well I think its a genre I don’t see enough off. It was one of them new releases that doesn’t go anywhere. I hope its going to be a game like Victoria In Big City, but it could go anyway at the moment. Guess I’ll need to see a few more updates and find out.

Unexpected Fate – This is bad across the board – There is an issue with the writing straight off, it doesn’t really flow naturally and is wooden most of the time. The renders bar the MILF are below average and when you include the environments look lazy. There were at least 3 situations forced for reasons in the space of a minute. It was very painful. This is a Hard Pass

Drive to Nowhere – A short game showcasing little, and what it does show is questionable. Although the dialogue is not as bad as another new game here, it doesn’t make the game any better. There are questionable options and a really questionable scene. I do say its nice to get a Mother-Son Incest game rather than the typical Father-Daughter… but its so hard to judge based on what we got.

Destined – This isn’t a 5-minute wonder, and there has been a lot of work put into this. Its just a shame it is lost on me. On paper, it should work; the renders are okay, the writing is okay, heck, even the user interface is okay. But there was something that wasn’t clicking with me. I might come back to this after a few updates and see what has become of it, but for now, I'll be giving this a miss.

Cucked By The Neighbour – This was bad. In fact, worse than bad. I am not even going to try and sugar coat this in anyway – The game opens with an Image not found so that’ll tell you about the sort of quality we are working with here. What follows is just screens full of screens full of Typos, Punctuation Errors and below-average renders – and that’s even before we get into the title… I mean, can a son get cucked by someone when he’s not technically in a relationship with the mother? How someone ever thought this was a good idea for release is beyond me… It doesn’t even work as a proof of concept.

Ere Lies the Morrow – This is not a 5 minute wonder, though it took me some time to get through it, my heart wasn’t in it, so it was perhaps longer than needed. The premise is set somewhat here. A guy is told some harsh truths, questions whether he made the right choice, suddenly wakes up and can make that choice again. There are a few other choices to make thereafter, but our MC is pushing to do everything differently now. It could get interesting… it could get tedious, hard to tell. I think I'll need one or two updates to decide.

Cindy’s Diary – This one felt wrong, the MC is clearly the same named character from Our Red String, including having a boyfriend of the same name. It's done in AI, which, although clean, doesn’t make it any better… the dev could have made this any other character without the ties, and it would remain the same… cheap shot at trying to gain quick fans here. For an AI game, too – we get presented with nothing. I couldn’t tell you what sort of path Cindy will follow here. Seems to have been put out a bit early.

Caprice: Domina Noctis – Okay, this is Fem-Dom heavy… very Fem-Dom Heavy. There seems to be a little Star Wars Style/Terran Empire story under the hood there… I’m not quite so sure if it is interesting enough. The renders seems clear enough, the FMC seems to have a 40 mile gap between her eyes, but its not too distracting. I think I’d like to give this one or two updates… I think I know where it's going, and it could be okay if I am right… I guess we shall see

Rave – This is nothing more than a proof of concept, I think, it definitely warrants the teaser it has in its version... There’s essentially nothing here and can be done in a little under 10 minutes. The writing is okay, we have our MC, the comical friend and a few LI’s established, but that’s about it. It's very pretty and beautifully rendered. But as to what the games are actually about, I have nothing. Though, I'll pop back to this as and when

World – This one was a weird one – starts very dark, MC comes home, finds his parents dead, gets shipped off to his aunt's house. It gets weird after that. I’m not even sure what it's going to be. Oh and the MC has a black cock despite being white….

Emily Does it All – A nice little opening chapter… like most of the new games this month, it feels somewhat short. We spent a lot of the chapter just establishing characters and some of the premise. While its not quite as short as some of the new releases I have played recently, there still felt like there was stuff lacking. It wasn’t helped by the fact that the renders felt very basic, adding to the fact that the UI is the default and very generic – this one didn’t leave a lasting memory

Fiction Paradox – What an absolute trip that was… the entire demo is just picking your preferences for the game. I got “Dive into the Heart” from Kingdom Hearts vibes to it. It's pretty, I will give it that. The last few scenes of the demo were a little too dark… but I think that was intentional. Overall, I can't tell you any more about it. The synopsis doesn’t really give you any insight into what this game is about. I could have done with gameplay rather than gameplay options

Club Velvet Rose – First things first, this is a very pretty game, the renders here are gorgeous, and the scenes here are hot. Visually, it's stunning. There is a slight issue of the image swaying, and it made me slightly sea sick, but its nothing major. The plot is very basic. We join our couple as they spend a night in a swingers club. Its basically a massive free roam, and what happens and how things develop is up to you, so re-playability here is massive, I just had no desire to actually go through more than once.

NTR’ed by My Dad – This is from the same dev that is currently bringing us NTR’ed by My Friend. It always makes me nervous when a dev is running two concurrent games, not that these AI games are strenuous by any means. The story here is starting very different from the other game, and the art is a lot cleaner this time round. Given the two similar premises here, I am interested in how our Dev is going to keep these games different, as there’s going to come a point where they inevitably become similar

An unexpected Turn of Events – wow, the AI games are now putting out 5-minute wonders? This one was bad – the AI is inconsistent, 6 fingers, changing hairs stilyes and clothing changes all over the spot. The narrative is also too short to even showcase anything good. This really needs more time to cook!

NTR Waifu Story – I like the underlying tones of this one, there’s hints of a sort of shady underworld mafia type element going on and its really interesting. The AI images seem somewhat consistent, though at the moment they are only static images and do not get into many different poses. The script, however, needs work. A few typos and some sentences that don’t make sense.

Updates

Boundaries of Morality – Quite the short update, really, a shame considering what was presented when it first dropped last month. The animations seem to have calmed down a bit here, but other than that, it's still a promising game. I look forward to seeing where this one goes.

Beyond Tomorrow – For something that is supposed to be an AVN, this game sure forgets the “adult” part, instead only teasing us with a few tit shots or full nudes. It is really a slow-burning game. I go into more about it here… but this is a game I’m going to watch a bit.

Lustful Wife Aiko – This was one that was left in the folder from April, so I was glad to see it drop this month too – the art is very basic, Not really adding anything to the narrative. Everything comes from the words. The story itself is very cliched, A wimp of an MC suspects his wife is cheating with her boss, and the game keeps putting said wife in situations that heighten his suspicions. Where the cliches are high, its actually well written and is posed to go either NTS or NTR – I think this will be one to watch.

My Girlfriends Streaming Career – Well, this is a different kind of text messaging game. Its filled with video calls and scenes out of the phone. It is a little clunky, doesn’t work all the time and paths kinda are not implemented yet. Despite its differences, it does nothing to make it stand out from the other games in this saturated market.

Rika’s Lustful Duty – Well, this was a nice little find. The art here is cute, the story seems cliched, but at this point its hard to find a game that treads this topic without it seeming cliched. There are a few issues. Mainly the MC’s face remaining on every text box, but its nothing major. I'm curious to see where this one goes

A Perfect Marriage – This was one that kinda fell off my radar, I had played sometime ago, but barely got deep into the FMC's week. It was really nice to get back into, though I think I was a bit blinded by the sheer amount of game I got. When setting up paths for next time, I did notice how stalled and slow the different paths are. Anyway, read my thoughts here.

My GF Travel – This one is turning out to be one of the better AI phone games. It's quite refreshing to have the MC actually be getting up to stuff. While it's still in the early days, I am interested to see how fresh this one can stay rather than becoming the Cuck of the week story most become

Her Desire – As I said in my review way back when, this game knows what it is and doesn’t shy away from anything. It was a nice little update showcasing the usual kinks/tabboos – I don’t think I'll ever not play this if I see it.

NTR’d by my Friend – This one seems very clean for AI – there’s a bit of inconsistency with the FMC’s white top, and her expanding breasts, but other than that, it generally uses the same images and uses text to tell the story. Animations are good. It does seem to be leaning more towards NTS than NTR though

New Neighborhood – Not a new one to this list. Though if things don’t change, I wouldn’t be shocked if it stopped making appearances. The writing continues to remain cringeworthy, the renders continue to appear to be questionable. The story has some serious pacing issues too. Things are happening at breakneck speed on one hand and then at a snail's pace on the other. Its like the game is rushing to set the pieces in place, but not in a rush to begin the game.

Beneath the Surface – Yeah, this one became a hard pass. I played this three times and got game overs due to previous choices, choices made at various times. I don’t mind choices leading to game overs, but with the dull plot and flat renders. I've no motivation to play to get the right path… it just seems like a chore.

The East Block – I used to like this game a lot, it doesn’t fall into the usual genre of NTR games, it is slowly loosing its way abit now – I write about it here.

Netorase Phone – Ah this was the one that introduced me to the genre, before the market got a bit flooded – I finally reviewed it here

Harmony Heaven – The pace is picking up on this one – I get the feeling it’ll be coming to the point where I decide to drop it or not. Pieces still aren’t really in play yet, but the paths are really becoming apparent. I certainly like that it's in no rush to get to where it wants to be. Not quite at the point, it needs a review to expand on what I have said here.

The Chemist – I wasnt going to write a review for this one, but by the time I finished my notes were that long I couldn’t not. It's bad, very bad.

Family Matters – This is a game that should be good – it's just poor writing lets it down and lets it down massively – I write more about it here!

NTR Chat: Marital Problems – This is a NTR phone game I really like, its a bit different than the norms in the fact that the MC wants nothing to do with sharing. I think it's a bit dangerously bordering the NTS side of things. But it's early days yet, so worth a few updates at least

My Hotwife – This is definitely just becoming a kink fest now. I seem to remember the couple starting this lifestyle because they needed money. That part of the story has all but been forgotten, it seems – instead, just focusing getting our FMC into various situations that showcase a variety of kinks. This is definitely becoming a bit of a mess now

Elysium – I only picked this up as it was a contender for last month's “Worst New Game of The Month” It has not improved and instead implemented its high fantasy into the midst. While I do like Fantasy, I do not find it compelling in an AVN… It's time to bow out of this one.

Mommy’s Boy – There is something a bit iffy about the renders, I cant put my finger on it, but when you see the animations (which there are a lot of), the flatness of the renders stands out. The story of this one may have legs… it might not. It depends on how it is handled. So far, it seems like the game respects the slow burn, so I am willing to give it the benefit of the doubt.

No Fap Island – I wont lie, I am actually liking this one more than I should, I’ll need to get round to reviewing this one soon. I honestly don’t know how it's going to keep its premise going forward, given it is a lewd game. But I am really interested to see.

Altered Bloodlines – This was a disappointing update I wont lie, it essentially added nothing to to the plot and gave one shitty lewd, when it ends and says it will continue with 2 more days of chapter 1 I question why we just didn’t wait till them two days were done.

Hard Days – I cant see this as anything but a Lewd Show, despite having a basic plot, it is, for all intent and purpose a Jerk Off Game… I go into more in my review here

Love Honor Betray – This was a weird one, not what I expected at all – I don’t really know what I was expecting, to be honest, but it certainly wasn’t the Kink Fest histidine behind a poor story we got.

Stay Online - This one seems to have found its legs now. Our FMC has definitely started to embrace her kink and is on the move with other bulls now. The update leaves us on a nice tease of where things are going. I’m interested to see just how this game can keep its momentum as these kinds of games start to stumble with the limitations of the medium it's telling its story in.

Because I love Her - I should really review this one, but I don’t think there is actually enough of the newer version to actually warrant one. I did consider giving first thoughts, but I think we are a bit beyond that, too. Overall, I am a bit conflicting about this game… Whereas it is one of the better types of games, catering to fans of all the tropes and kinks this genre offers, it seems to do it at the cost of story. That’s not to say there inst one… its just the pacing is wrong, there is no build up, no pay off. Things just happen because they need to happen. The renders are great, the scenes are hot, but that’s about all I can say for now. This needs a lot more content before I know if it's worth it or not.

Growing Things Up – This was a pointless update and only put out, I think, so the Dev could meet his monthly update quota. It was one lewd scene and added nothing to the story overall – but my god, what a lewd scene

Naughty Neighbours – I bowed out of this one. I kept waiting for something to happen, and it just never did. The story is less than interesting and seems to be pushing the kink showcase kind of game. I don’t think anything interesting is here at all.

Failing Undercover: Nox Syndicate – Well, this one certainly seems to be moving a lot faster than the last game did, there is a lot of deposition and text, but I do get the feeling its been dialled down since Turning the Page. I’m loving the status screen detailing our FMC's thoughts as she falls from grace, and the little lore dumps are a beautiful touch. I think this one has legs, and I am happy to see where it goes

Origin Story – A bit of a weird update, I feel it added nothing really to the overall plot and barely moved our story forward… the cliffhanger was very interesting though. The Lewd here was very hot. It feels like its got to the point in the story where mysteries need to remain, so we get deposition and filler. For now, I can't add any more to what I said in my review.

My New GF – Well, things just got dialled up to 11 on this one. Lines have definitely been crossed here, and it seems now we are actually into the crux of the story. The next update of this will be really telling, I think.

The Adored Marriage – This one has appeared in both February and Aprils monthly update… it is actually nice to see a game getting regular updates… I did review this game back in Feb and described myself as conflicted. This update, nothing exciting has happened at all, it was essentially a nothing update that didn’t do anything to move the plot along or improve my interest. I have decided to drop this for now.

Whispers of Desire – I actually tried this one back in March, though it did not make the March Monthly review for some reason. I actually “forgot” about this game – well, forgot is such a strong word, more like confused it. See, I have a problem now with these types of games. There is now about 5 of them I am playing concurrently, and they most are just merging into one. Most of them are singing from the same hymn sheet and walking the same path. The previously mentioned game is a good example, as there have been moments when I have talked to my friend Tony about these games as if they were the same. The sandbox in this game is both Ugly and unnecessary. This is another getting dropped

Heavens Door – This was a nice little update, it handled the previous cliffhanger well while also giving an info dump in the means of flashbacks – really good pacing. The game seems to be pushing Patrica as the main LI or at least very important, which is refreshing as not many games push black characters. The renders here really showed outside of the club and in better lighting. I'm excited to see where this one goes

My True Desire – Another AI NTR game – though, not done on a phone, the story has barely begun here… we are just getting into chapter 4, and the kink hasn’t even been discussed with the MC/FMC. The art here is good, its actually quite consistent, there were images where the FMC’s face looked a bit different than normal, but in terms of hair, clothing, jewellery, everything stays good – there are no hands with too many fingers or feet with too many toes… I’m quite interested in where this goes now.

With Eyes Closed – this is one I actually played and reviewed back in January and enjoyed quite a bit. The newest episode was definitely a deposition chapter and gave us a lot of information while simultaneously telling us nothing. A nice selection of lewds too – overall I am still not put off by this game and am impressed nevertheless

Heated Hashtag – I actually missed the last update of this, and I don’t know why… But this is turning out to be quite the game – The AI is great, most if not all of the character art is consistent, which is a bit different to what my notes say back in January – the story seems to be kicking off quite nicely here and I like how the couple seem to be falling into the NTR style of things rather than the usual corruption. This is really one to watch in the genre.

My Bimbo Dream – I have reviewed this previously. While this update did nothing to change my score either positively or negatively, it was a nice end to the season. Things finally happened, and we have a nice little cliffhanger that can be resolved in many ways… bring on season 2

Intertwined – This game actually took up the last few days of May, and boy, am I glad it did. I have decided not to review it yet. Because I only managed to get through one path and want to save a review until I've gone through the many more that are available to me. But my god, what a game this is. It is a bit soap opera-like, but to be fair, it works and is probably one of the few games that, if you took away the interconnectedness of all the characters, wouldn’t work. The writing,g while not a deep thriller, certainly is superb, and all the little seeds planted here and there that come to fruition are certainly appreciated, even if a lot of them are telegraphed and a bit tropey. I’m looking forward to diving further into this next time

Blast From the Past

Going Rogue – This one was a bit weird, I expected so much more from this given the premise and the fact I think so highly of With Eyes Closed. Instead, we get a rushed story with a lot of missed opportunity. It's not exactly a bad game, but it fails to be good too. I go into it more in my review here..

The Fappies

Best New Game – Well, I thought this one was going to be tricky, given I was getting to the end of the month and just getting nothing but 5 minute wonders, tech demos and proof of concepts, then a massive game dropped. Even though despite having underlying themes of what I normally enjoy… the game wasnt for me… Nevertheless, I can appreciate how better it is than the rest of the new games released this month… It had to be Club Velvet Rose.

Best Update – Not going to lie, I thought this would be a difficult one. I was reading my notes at the end of the month, trying to decide which game really deserves it. Only a couple came to mind. Heavens Door, Origin Story, With Eyes Closed and A Perfect Marriage being the ones that stood out the most…. I discarded A Perfect Marriage straight away, given that the other three I had played recently and therefore was playing just the update, so deemed it fairer. All three are quite similar in length, both have a similar number of lewds, both are quite on par… But I think With Eyes Closed wins it here.

Best Girl in a New Game

Best Girl in an Updated Game
May Updated Girl of the Month.jpg

Best Girl from Blast from the Past
Miranda - Going Rogue.jpg

Best Lewd Scene – There were actually two scenes that came to mind this month when I was thinking about it, and with both scenes, it could be argued that the players have been waiting for them for some time. We finally got a lewd with Deborah in Growing Things Up, and the deed was done with Sue in My Bimbo Dream. Both were handled well, but I think My Bimbo Dream takes it… just because I think the other option with Deborah is going to be better

Worse New Game — It’s funny because I played one game this month and I immediately talked to my friend about it and said it will take some beating to have that not be worst new game of the month – He shortly issued me a challenge with this game and he was right… where as the game I mentioned was bad Cucked by the neighbour Was just worse in every possible way – honestly, I don’t know why anybody would put out such a mess.

Worst Update – This was a difficult one… We had two games this month that fell into the same sort of situation as Ms. Denvers did last month. I personally feel you should not be putting out an update that is essentially filler and doesn’t add anything to the story, but I guess these devs have got to keep the patrons pleased. I had to give it to Growing Things Up, though, while Altered Bloodline essentially did the same thing, at least it was a bit more than just one lewd scene… despite how hot it is.

Man, that was a busy month. I'm looking forward to you guiding me through your subsequent paths in Intertwined, even if it waits until the next update now. Here's hoping June is better (than all the bad ones there, at least)!

Very busy month - I am not planning on having another month like that again. Though as I said in the post, its easy to blitz through games when you are playing updates rather than the full thing from start to finish. So we may yet have some busy months to come.

I'd have loved to spend more time with Intertwined, even review it as I know its going into the top 10. But given what you've told me it'll have to wait. But given whats been presented so far, it'll be worth it

Shadows of Ambition by AbyssGames Reviewed at Chapter 5

Story - We have here one of those AI NTR games that seemed to be emerging in droves at one point. Unlike most others that merely focus on the actual kink aspect, this one makes a genuine effort to provide a compelling narrative into which the kink naturally fits. The pacing is carefully crafted, ensuring we get considerable emotional depth in the developing aspects of all narratives, whether it be the couple exploring their kinks or the underlying mystery driving the plot forward. There is an element that feels forced, i.e. the MC getting a job that conveniently requires him to sleep with others, but overall, it fits somewhat into the story. For the most part, the writing flows quite naturally, even if the plot requires significant suspension of disbelief.

Art - As AI goes, this is by far some of the greatest you will ever come across, if not the greatest. It is so polished and so consistent. You will not find any extra limbs here, nor will you see shifting hair styles, changing jewellery or clothing that suddenly changes. A real effort has been made here, and it really adds to the experience. Its nice to see such effort put in here cause the easier option is to just have an image be generated at the cost of continuity.

Characters - We do indeed fall into the usual tropes of characters typically found in this sort of game. An MC who struggles with new urges, a GF who wishes to be less innocent, and the promiscuous best friend of this GF, who gradually corrupts her. For added flavour, we also have a promiscuous neighbour who corrupts the MC, the token BBC, and a few other characters that are slowly being developed. The game spends some time depicting the decline of our MC and GF, spoon-feeding us the story gradually rather than having them wake up one day ready for action. Unfortunately, that's about as much character development we receive; the remaining characters, though likeable, do seem a bit like placeholders, designed to serve a purpose. However, it is still early days, so I'd be pleased to be proven wrong on this.

Overall - This is a very saturated market, and there exists somewhat of a stigma surrounding these AI games. However, anyone who is a fan of these types of games would be doing themselves a disservice by overlooking this one. The compelling narrative, likeable characters, and beautiful yet consistent art truly make it stand out among its peers. It's proving itself to navigate the delicate subject matter with the appropriate level of maturity, emotion, and pace to ensure it hooks you in and keeps you engaged.

Respectable 8/10
