Lancaster Boarding House is what I call an accomplished game. In the sense that everything is well done.

Whether it's the panel of selected girls which is very interesting. The scenario, although classic, has some flashes that are welcome. It will also offer you a lot of replayability due to the number of girls and therefore endings that go together. The whole being supported by very good graphics and quality animation.

In short, play it. I don't give it five stars because perfection doesn't exist. On the other hand, if I could have given it 4.5 stars i would have done it gladly.

So don't hesitate, i highly recommend it. And since criticism is easier than practice, I'd like to say thank you and bravo to Daniels K for his work.

Seems to start a little slow but the story picks up pretty well after that. Most of the characters are enjoyable but at times with all the choices I felt I was spreading myself a bit thin trying to balance so much. The endings seemed rushed and almost incomplete to me and left me seemingly hanging a bit on some of the storylines. But overall enjoyable and worth the download.

I must say I'm a little torn here... The game is quite average in general.
I liked some things I disliked other ones. I 'll just get to the individual ratings and see where it stands in the end...
Models - 4/5 - Unique and mostly well done (intimate parts were not great, texture wise)
Locations(assets) - 4/5 - Mostly well done with a lack of attention to detail
Sex scenes - 2/5 - Big let down on the "animated" scenes and the sex in general
Story - 1/5 - The overall story is pretty good(3/5) but the endings and some of the character arc development are almost non-existent.

Unfortunately the end result for me is:
3/5 stars at best

A few tips to the developer:

"Animations" with pictures can be done way better and quite easy.
Story needs a little more focus, especially in the character development area and the endings need a lot more work.
I know, creating scenes in Daz, finding the right assets, poses and morphs is not easy, but it goes a long way to pay attention more to some obvious details that sometimes stick out too much (I'm not gonna make a detailed list here) and can hurt the game experience.

The characters are kind of basic but everything plays out as realistically as possible, and while some of the models are reused the main ones are great. That should be enough for this review

Very nice game, nice graphics with great scenes, sound is ok. There are many choices that lead to different endings, the story is nice and nice, I used the guide to unlock all the endings. There are some aspects of the story that could be explored but the developers did a good job anyway.

Another great game from Daniel K which is totally let down by the ending.

The game is great i was hooked right from the start and the story keeps getting better and better, it has lots of real choices, no grinding, a great selection of girls, good artwork, no errors and plenty of very well done sex scenes(althrought i dont like the animation, it gets stuck) but then for no reason the game stops, all the story lines are abandoned and you are given some one scene quick ends(which have no story).

I was hoping this game would be different than Pine Falls Part 2 ending but its about the same, it just leaves you wanting.

If Daniel K put as much effort into the ending of his games as he does the start theses games would be legendary but as they are they will always be a shadow of what they could have been.

The game places you in a Boarding House somewhere in the US along with other young adults and faces you with different choices that steer the direction of the game. Depending on your choices you can live a love story with any of the girls or you can outsmart everyone and live with more than one in secret. From romance to various fetishes, voyeur, group "interactions" and more, the decision is in your hands. The summer is long and there are a lot of girls around... Some might be more than they seem... Learn their secrets and see which one matches your own desires.

This game is a coitus interruptus, if you know what I mean. It could have been very good but it ended up being pretty average and somewhat enraging.

Models are very nice, especially everyone who's not Chloe. My ranking of sexiness from top to bottom would be Eve, Abigail, Rose, Anna, Lisa, Chloe. It's a matter of taste, but for me being forced into a relationship with by far the least attractive of all the girls is really a turn-off since it means that you are pushed into cheating if you want anything with the others. We should have had the opportunity to decide in the first place.
Similarly, I will not go into whether or not it should be called NTR, but the fact that, of all people, Rose has to be fucked by another guy in front of you in order to get her romantic endings seems like a big fuck-up to me.

That aside, the story looked promising in the beginning but was cut short ridiculously. I had read about it before playing but didn't think it was so bad. The ending was rushed in a way that hurts. For instance, Chloe leaves and if you decide to stay it's like "Ok, I guess it's over. Well, see you!" when just a few hours before you were soooo deeply in love with each other. Also, the endings are not even complete. The scenes are sometimes cut halfway through . For example, in the threesome ending with Eve and the stripper the sex scene is not even finished and then THE END shows up on the screen, and the same happens in another one which I don't remember. I found it pathetic.
Moreover, nothing is actually revealed about the sexual cult. The one thing that made the plot richer.

Finally, the sex scenes. What can I say? They could have been great had this VN been published in 2016. But for 2018-19 they are mediocre to say the least. Those 2-render loops are stupid and repetitive. He even reused the same positions in many of the scenes, e.g. the threesome scene in the library has a loop which is exactly the same in the threesome ending with Rose and Chloe, same protagonists, same position, same angle; only thing that changes is the setting.
Including those loops and calling them "animations" has always seemed disingenuous to me. If a dev cannot create real animations, which is perfectly understandable, I'd rather have sexy still images than those.

As for the bunch of actual animations included, they are stock, prefabricated animations used ad nauseam in other games. Daniels K really decided to make the most of them, I'll give him that, because he reused some of them over and over again with different girls in different scenes .

I would like to rate this game with 2.5 stars. Since that's not possible, I'm giving it 3. After all, it's better than lots of other games out there. But it's a shame that so much potential went to waste.

I enjoyed this VN quite a bit. The storyline and plot were not spectacular, but I like the art/models and the writing wasn't cringy. There was a decent amount of variety in the game and it didn't feel grindy as I went through it. Some of the characters were quite memorable. Action was consistent.

This VN is beutiful. The Story never felt dull, the pace ist steady. Having characters with depth actually got me involved in the story. The renders are of good quality and the girls are very sexy, the sexual encounters fit in well. And instead of a fuckfeast they are embedded into emotional sublines which is very much to my likings.

The setting is quite cliché but at a very high level.

I like this one. It has a lot of good things going for it, and not really anything in the way of bad.

The dialogue has a good feel to it, often embracing a casual humor that doesn't outstay its welcome.

The characters do fall into stereotypes of a nerd, a bully etc, but they do so without being overly one-dimensional. Each has enough smarts to keep your attention and the wit to keep it light and breezy. Even though I can be picky there was a quality to them that made me want to see multiple endings.

The renders... the girls are beautiful. They're more realistic than in some other porn-games where they look like a clay experiment gone wrong. The environment is well-dressed, and sometimes extras go around doing their own thing. All of that goes a long way to make it feel more lively.

Yep, this was definitely a pleasant one!

Nice renders and is somewhat interesting but it moves a little too fast. Tried different paths but so far all of them just end randomly and the game feels extremely unfinished. Still has nice sex scenes and a variety of girls to sleep around with.

The game is cool and with a lot of hot chicks. After seeing all the girls I find Chloe to be the hottest so I enjoyed the fact that since the first day you are in a relationship with her. Even so I found this thing annoying while wanting to build a relation with the brunette (as always another pair of boobs appeared in my way).

The cheating idea is treated like something trivial. If you like the idea of cheating this is for you...if you do not, the game it will be a bit harder for you.

I enjoyed the force ending with Chloe: you go with her or you stay.
Even so, after that moment, if you decide to stay, the things are rushed and you do not have enough time to discover the other girl

This was a solid title. I played through and was able to achieve 3 different endings without having to use a walk through or walk through mod. The models were fairly interesting and solid. The story was pretty interesting and was easy to follow. Game play...smooth, lots of choices. If i had one complaint it is that the animations are kinda wonky and the game pauses and you are stuck watching a wonky animation. This could be in part that i used the enhanced graphics mod...overall a fairly solid title.

Ok I really enjoyed this game. It's a decent story, the animations aren't that great compared to the stuff that's going on now, but I'm ok w that. Girls really hot, and a LOT of them. My one problem w the game is if you want to get the most content you have to play the game like a total asshole. I don't really like playing these games like that, and that's why no 5. It's still very much worth your time. Just don't expect much to happen if you play the nice guy. Nice guys really DO finish last I'm this game.

Alright this one will be FULL OF SPOILERS as I'm going back and forth between 3 and 4 stars and have yet to fully convince myself.

One of the most annoying things is that during sex scenes where they aren't the (very infrequent) videoy sort, they seem to play out by having a couple of images and transitioning between them over and over again ... I naturally turn transitions off as I'm an impatient person and hate things fading in and out rather than the next line of text popping up to read ... so I was wondering why I kept getting stuck on a still image for ages, before I turned transitions back on on a hunch ... you can get through these by a bit of tapping your skip button (ctrl for me) but then you risk overshooting things... this is the only game I've had this issue in.

Also I really didn't like how the MC talked, something about it was really unnatural and off. Also it seemed a bit unrealistic exactly how quickly you acquire the girls affections ... I guess if you send people away to a summer camp with no activities they'll probably just party and hook up, but they were getting full on loved up real quickly.

The last thing I didn't like was sometimes a lack of options ... a threesome can occur at one point and the only options are to participate or ask the girl to leave with you, whereas I just wanted to go, she can do what she likes, I had no interest in her. Then if you do try to make her leave (she doesn't) the guy asks you why you tried to interfere later on and the only responses are that you're into her, or he's a jerk - when really it's that I wasn't into the girl and am trying to be with someone else.

Hoooowever, despite the above, I actually enjoyed playing it quite a lot. I was ready to get real grumpy about the forced relationship at the start but I think it was a useful device to create tension (and if she's not the best girl she's at least one of the 2 best). I also thought choices weren't really mattering as I was fucking everyone and whenever it came to an ending would just save, check it out, reload, and continue on ... buuuut, then by the end of it I realised I hadn't had the chance to end up with someone I liked so checked out the walkthrough and there was a bunch of stats being tracked so I went back through a few times to see all the endings.

So yeah, the graphics are well done, and it held my interest throughout despite the MC's odd way of talking and the way the sex bits interrupted the flow of things too much ... I think given that I didn't feel the need to skip dialogue until subsequent playthroughs it'll have to be a 4 star.

Decent game. It started really promising and all the hot ladies made it near impossible to stay loyal to someone. Unfortunately, it felt extremely limited by the forced relationship meaning you have to cheat on Chloe to get with someone else and also the endings made the game very unsatisfying.

There was a decent amount on content and then the game pretty much hits a brick wall after the field trip. Chloe leaves giving you an option to end the game, and the all the other endings cascade extremely quickly making all that build up kind of feel wasted. I think it would have made a lot of sense to give each girl a bit longer as well as a more natural ending. Instead, it just tosses you into an ending with maybe 1 scene.

I think the game had a lot of potential but for one reason or another the dev/devs needed to finish the game so they scrapped together some quick, sloppy endings. For all I know, I am totally wrong but I am simply stating how it feels.

Really good game. very nicely done visuals, all the girls look natural and are attractive. The story was intriguing, and kept my attention all throughout. The various different girls also made it easily replay-able to see the different endings. 5/5 would definitely reccomend.

Game is a summerbreak teenage dream where you can messing around with the girls behind the other girls back. If you think cheating is exciting then this is the perfect game for you. You can choose two faithful route too but there are so many more option for cheating. Choices rarely has instant effect to game events. I walkthroughed the game and saw the statisctical system for choices and I liked it. Stats are influence endings so it is not true that choices are meaningles.

Pros :

• The girls are super hot
• Body proportions of the characters are realistic unlike some games which go out of the way to emphasize the features of the body
• Playtime is 4-5 hours that is if you read each and every word of the dialogues
• Animations are good

Cons:

• The story is/seems rushed. It's like the game developer wanted to add some story elements at the start but then all of a sudden decided not to go along. For example, the ritual story.
• The sex scenes are hardcoded i.e. you have to wait till the animation finishes automatically. You can't click and skip.
• We don't get a chance to choose who to start the relationship with since Chloe becomes the girlfriend at the start of the game. I liked Anna from the start, so my opinion is a bit biased.

I still rate it 4 because the renders and the girls are really good. A normal-sized dick was also a good change since all other games have like a giant rod sticking out of MC. The walkthrough given on the main post gets a bit confusing sometimes because in some scenes, it doesn't state the requirements. So, I suggest the following guide -
