No, because for it to be netorare it has to be someone the main character is in a relationship with (Chloe at a push Anna), Rose is just a character so it is not NTR, throwing the NTR tag because a girl gets fucked meant you should have had it on the first edition as Abigail gets fucked by Jason, or the last update because Sunny gets fucked by Jason.
