Holy shit this game needs some sliders for the character generation.
I assume it's completely random but the first game I started most of the tenants looked morbidly obese.

Also not exactly a fan of the mix of real faces with (badly) rendered models but I guess that's a stylistic choice.

Check the options. In my game there are no morbidly obese women with 150zzz bra, size just slim and skinny lot with nice sets.
Models are a bit too random compared to the physical description (including race, hair colour, etc), but I think it's OK anyway.

Game is unbelievably barebones, though, can't see any real story to it.

No updates for a year, is it safe to assume the game is dead?

It load terribly slow or sometimes even freezes up. Only 1 save slot, no explanations about the symbols and yes, pretty sure this game is dead. Too bad for people who scammed their money by another scammer
