but the closest answer i can give is seems almost everything is avoidable minus the old dude getting a BJ in the early part of the game.
that being said the game requires Lara to take all the slutty options to get the sex scenes.
its a point based game so if you dont do some of the options because you're trying to avoid some people but not others. lets say avoid the guys but not the girls. then you wont have enough point to do anything at all.
i could be wrong cause i just skimmed the game just to see if it was avoidable and that's the conclusion i came to. for me i doubt i'll play again.

This game suffers from a common problem where many or even all of your interesting options can get locked out if you don't pick a particular option in the beginning, because the same options that increase a stat are the ones that check for it. I made the mistake of playing too conservatively at the start, I guess, so by the end I was almost entirely limited to whatever the top "choice" was. You basically have to always say yes to everything, because your "reward" for not doing that is just seeing even less of the game as it goes on.
While saying yes to everything is your best bet for seeing scenes anyway (which is what most of us are here for) it kinda reduces things to a kinetic novel and makes the choices pointless. So maybe tone that down a bit and reserve the checks only for things that really would require a lot of commitment before, and not just something you could legitimately decide to do on the spot even if you've never done it before (for whatever reason). Another way to go about that is to reduce the number of stats actually checked for (e.g. dominant vs. submissive, promiscuous vs. prudish) that can reasonably increase anywhere, so there's more tolerance for player choices that don't go down one path.
