It is. I saw it when entering the lounge area from the rec room at 10 on Friday after reaching the point where you can have sex with them. I don't know how specific the triggers are, but figured I'd label all the details just in case. Just make sure you're entering from the elevator behind the couch and by the kitchen between 10 and 11 at night.
