You need a dedicated graphics card to run the game on, the integrated graphics of the CPU will not be able to run this game.

Never have I once wrote you don't have a girlfriend, you are most certainly messing something up now. Same as with oculus, never have I wrote that I am getting one to play porn games on it. Wanted to share a full save v17.1 since some people have been asked for it.
Put everything in the following folder:
C:\Users\[NAME]\AppData\Local\LastHope\Saved\SaveGames
To find out what/how/when to get the scenes go to the pc (The save should be right in front of it) and click on Check-list
Press Tab in-game to find out the schedule of the girls and go to the place their are to see them.
You can change your name if you Press ESC -> Option -> Advanced -> Player name
Sometimes scenes are locked behind a mini-game that you have to lose you can turn that off at the same place.
Edit: Completely forgot about that Alien girl fixed save.. To see some scenes with her got to Flight deck -> Go Left Door and use the teleporter.
You can also take 1 girl with you at the time and see some scenes inside the alien ship. Talk with the girl you want and Special Event -> Alien Ship.

The game starts with a blank screen and crashes, my system has 4gig ram, intel uhd and i311th gen
Is the game just not playable on my laptop or is there something I can do to fix this?

Integrated Intel graphics can not run this game, you will need something that has Nvidia or AMD (Crap driver support so can't recommend AMD) equipped graphics card.
I would say you'll at least need a GTX 780 to run this remade flight deck with. Before the remake I could run this game on a GT 650M, now it requires me to lower the graphics setting otherwise I get horrible frame rates when I'm on the flight deck.
In short you'll need a dedicated graphics card if you want to use it for playing games on.

How do you find items you purchase? I keep seeing the message item ready in flight deck but I've checked every inch and I don't see any items...
