What computer/add-on is required to play this game, "smoothly"? It takes me a "day" just to get to the next room.

You need a computer that has a dedicated graphics card (Nvidia or AMD) and not one that has only Intel HD graphics.

I would say a Nvidia GTX780 is about right for playing this game with all settings set to high/ultra.
If you can afford it going to a higher series (GTX880,GTX980, GTX1080, RTX2080 etc..) is always better, just buy what you can afford/get in your price range.

Don't buy a AMD card, the driver support is terrible from them!

So, this is a new computer purchase or this is upgradeable from my current one (which only has intel hd)?

I don't know what you are using so I can not answer that question. If you want help you'll need to tell me what make and model you are using. A web link that has the specification would be useful.

Those are in random locations.
Look in both the rooms(the printer/teleport room and medbay)
The chairs in the cockpit(hehehehe, I wrote cock) as well on the dash board or the holo-galaxy thing.
If the bottle is in one of the chairs, especially near where the aunt keep getting stuck it's difficult to see. The bottle that is.
At very rare occasions the bottle can be found in the sink in the aunts quarters. Dunno if this is a bug or feature.

That is a laptop and so it's not upgradeable generally with a graphics card. With that said I have found the same motherboard with different components on it.

You have 2 options open to you here. One is to buy the motherboard with the graphics card on and change it for your current one.

These one have the graphics card on it:

and

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This one shows a board that don't have the graphics card on it

You can see that it's emptied on the bottom half of the board where the red box is.

If you go this route and buy the motherboard and change it out with your current one, you'll need to make sure it has the heatsink that will go over the new graphics card chip.

Option 2 is to buy laptop that has a Nvidia GTX7xx (don't go lower than a GTX760) in it.

Get whatever that is in your budget.

*My advice is based on the laptop model that you linked to. You have to make sure the motherboard is the same shape as your current one. I am not responsible for anything here.

If I were rich I'd give the dev $500k just so they could realize their dream of a video game where aliens sexually manipulate a family to prevent humanity's terraforming of other planets. And also because this game makes me rock hard.

If that's your computer specs don't even waste the time on just a graphics card you need to replace it with something a lot better.
The processor is way to weak you need at least 4 cores that thing only has 1.
You need a minimum of 8GB RAM and that only has 4 and the motherboard can't support 8.
Not to mention a graphics card.

Those are just to run the UE Dev Studio the game requirements should be somewhere around that just a little higher but not by much.
Get an I5 with at least 4 cores running at no less than 2.5GHz preferably 3GHz and higher (most modern I5's run 6 cores now except laptops)
8GB of RAM preferably 16
At least a GTX 760 or a Radeon RX 480
