There is no time limit. The only HARD progression is the cum jar progress. You can do whatever you want in between filling the tank.

No- but there is a mod called UEVR(can be found on github with instructions) that is a universal solution for playing Unreal Engine 4 and 5 titles in VR... It works with this game, so maybe try that...
