this game is so good i was looking for interactive games like this most sandbox games are just like vn they dont even have repeatable sex scenes like this ,only gallery ,whats the point of sandbox if there would be no free roam interaction like repeatable sex scenes i just love this game hope the dev would create more games like this

You just... Keep filling up the terraformer, until you get another cutscene where the alien introduces you to a second alien and you have a threesome.
And in general - if you don't see anything new in the "progress" tab of the ladies on the ship - just keep filling up the terraformer until 100%.

fake pills - to get them, you will need to keep filling the seeder until you get the level 3 card, once you get that, go to the med bay, click on the medicine cabinet, search, get fake pills

keep filling the seeder until you get the scene, where the alien girl gives the mc birth control, talk to each girl and the mc will give them the pills

after the mc has given them the birth control pills, go to all 3 bathrooms, you will see the bottle sitting on the sink, click on it, switch them with the fake pills.

They become pregnant after you fill the seeder for the last time.
