For what it's worth both these folks are already on my ignore list, for your sanity maybe do the same.

I agree with your statement putting them in the ignore list if this is their typical complaining. I felt bored and did a little review of their statements and what they are complaining about things they could have avoided easily by reading first.

The one mentioned he downloaded this update and is upset it is mainly just a bug fix, also noting he didn't read the change log or thread first. He clearly understood reading would have resolved that issue initially as he did note it himself.
However, his second point about a bug fix shouldn't show up as a "new update" that is not on N2TheFire or any Dev's fault that is just how this site operates. I think most other platforms even steam would consider this a "new update". Some places would have a potential label as bug fix in its change logs (similar to OP) but others just state there is an update available and then you get the update.

The other is complaining that there is Lesbian content and it is not avoidable (along with other fetishes assuming their list of dislikes) and it is not clearly labeled in the OP.
While I do agree that having options to avoid unwanted content can lead potentially lead to larger audience and I do like when there is a choice myself, I'm not sure if the slight bump that it could lead to would be worth the extra time and effort to maintain the extra renderings and coding for each variable or path. Unless it is specifically what the Dev is trying to create, doing it "just" to appease the loud minorty seems foolish. I also don't agree with his statement that not having the options is being lazy for the same general reasonings they put time and effort into every update some Dev's have more time to do extra work as they are treating it as a full time job, some it is just a hobby.
However, as for his base complaint of it not being labled in the OP, upon checking it is clearly labeled in the OP as it is both Kinetic and Lesbian and even in the thread tags, so obviously there is going to be no "avoidable" content and lesbian is part of the content. So, if they did read the OP and Tags it would have been clear for them to just not bother with this game as it has things they do not like.

I always applaud devs who give this kind of options to players, that is why I hold Moonbox into such a high esteem and use his game as an example on how to treat fetishes.

In Last Human, there is the bath scene in episode 1 where 2 girls get just a little bit amorous in the tub with MC. They touch and there is like maybe 2 images with that. This is the only scene so far that has anything close to 'lesbian'. But people will complain about that too. And I'm not wasting my time regretting 2 renders or rewriting a scene because one person complains. I do try to give options, but there is a reason I write certain things into the story the way I do. Some of those things happen over time or later in the storyline. I mean, these days if you have a single image in a scene where 2 girls 'graze' each other, someone will complain and yell 'lesbian!' or 'NTR!'; it's ridiculous. Honestly, I do care how he feels even if the complaint is over something that I think is really mundane. But I'm not going to change it. I've done that in the past, never again. So my only response to something like this is: "sorry you don't like it, try another game... peace."

I don't like to fight with people over their opinions because there is no point to it. I can disagree with it but I don't have to be an ass about it. Either way, I stuck with a kinetic model because with the time I have to spend on development, it works better for me. I do throw in a few choices sometimes though. Serenity will have a ton of them going into the end-game.

I only really enjoy lesbian when the MC is involved and they're more focused on them rather then each other. When it's just 2 girls I'm not a fan but I didn't think the scene with Nat and Alexis was bad at all. Another thing people tend to I guess, skip over or just ignore is our new home Pantheria hasn't had any males in a very long time, well some but not many due to the disease that plagued the planet thanks to the last Queen. So it would only make sense that some girls found comfort in one another.

To be honest even if there was a couple lesbian only scenes I wouldn't be mad because the story that N2TheFire has been building with Last Human and Serenity are amazing and I love girls to much to be even mad if there were scenes like that. I just can't wait to see what the next update is going to be like. Hopefully we can start and finish with another one of our pets.

Yep, after a few others messages it seems like there is some issue with the android build. I tried installing it in my android emulator and got basically the same thing. I am rebuilding and will reupload shortly. Sorry about that!

Just in general. This I don't really understand. How fucking hard is it to put those lesbians avoidable so they don't even happen in the background. At that time this whole discussion didn't need to happen. Every time every game there are a million questions about whether they are avoidable. Those million questions wouldn't be asked if those things were immediately stated in the OP to be avoidable. There are a lot of players on this forum who quit the game right at the first forced shitty scene that the lazy dev doesn't know how to put as avoidable. In monetary terms, any dev that doesn't bother to make those shitty things avoidable is losing a hell of a lot of money, as the player who is forced to run into the thing that pisses them off will never support the dev. Otherwise there could be a lot more supporters, but shitty content drives potential supporters away. I myself have stopped supporting several game developers after they put shitty content in their games and will never support that dev in any game ever again.

In fact I will also not download a game if any of those things are directed at LI and that shit does not get avoidable. Then that game has no value to me.

If things were avoidable, then that game would theoretically be playable by everyone. Even if you put NTR on it, then even then theoretically everyone can play it if that shit gets avoidable. Same thing with all the other fetishes. Too often I come across that a dev likes something, then immediately assumes that others like it too. No fetish is for everyone. That's why at least those most explosive ones should be put behind the button.

Not everything in a visual novel needs to be optional. Or anything at all, even. Some aspects are intrinsic to a scenario, or in this case, a reflection of what the developer likes and wants to show. Constructive criticism and sharing your thoughts are a good thing, but even a kinetic novel has a great deal of work behind it, and to blatantly call N2 lazy because he doesn't share in your design ethos, is entitled whinging.

Alexis, Nat, Alaina(the doctor), Kalina, Dezzy and Queen Tessa are all your claims aka the Main Girls. I highly doubt any of them will be avoided, nor should they. They're all great and all have different personalities, as it should be. I personally wanna have some fun with Amanda (the chef) and Mary (her sous chef) and also Aury needs some love. I'm sure our adventures will have us be able to love some side girls or decline them but, the main girls won't be obviously.
