You must find the elven village first and speak to the High Priestess, she will give you a quest, this will allow you to access the portal behind the waterfall
And there is one more thing. This scene. I probably saw every scene in the game, but I couldn't find this one anywhere. Is this even in the game?

Kill the boss on the left and the one on the right side after that the path in the middle will be passable
whats the boss on the left? i know the right side has the twins monster but i dont see the other one on the left
