That does not make for the "Netorare" tag, that's just "cheating". Netorare is used ONLY when the MC is cheated or, more broadly, if his/her love interest is taken away from another character. So is the MC cheated here, or it's just a misused tag and there is effectively no netorare at all?

When the MC is cheating is NEVER netorare according to the rules applied on this web site. If MC is cheating (but not cheated) is called NETORI, or simply "cheating" tag. Netori and Netorare are now two different tags, there is no more the ambiguous NTR, you are making a big confusion in this thread. People usually filter out games where MC gets cheated because they don't like netorare. But if any cheating is labelled as netorare, then this VN gets wrongly filtered out. It's like tagging "guro" if in the VN someone eats an hamburger, it makes no sense (unless you're vegan ).
From what I understand this VN is totally safe for people who don't want netorare. Cheating or Netori are a totally different scenario.

there is still a missing tag about NTR... it is Netorase that should be something like
"The protagonist gives consent to his LI (e.g., his wife) and suggests that she can have sexual contact/affair with other characters because it turns him on."
