If MC is doing the cheating, it's under cheating tag.
If MC gets cheated on, it's NTR

That happens all the time, here are some games with female protagonist and they are tagged with NTR when they are who cheat and not the cheated one. The NTR tag is missused, like always, or there is something we don't know.
