I went the other way, I've downloaded (but not yet played) The Entrepreneur based on onjoying Law School so far. After finishing The Entrepreneur yesterday and enjoying it so much, I knew I had to try this new game, and I'm not disappointed. I've put off playing these games for a long time, but I kept seeing the developer's work on Twitter, and I really liked the look of the visuals, so I had to give it a try. Not many games pay so much attention to the background details, and it really makes the game feel more vibrant. I'm definitely looking forward to future updates.
Currently, my top 3 favorite characters are Taylor, Elsa, and Rose.
However, Miranda is my dark horse pick because I have a soft spot for American Sign Language since I learned it.
I'm a very big fan of Taylor, Elsa & Miranda, and also Olive. Not sure about Aurora yet (but doing a path for her too for now). Can't really split them yet, have to see how their character develops. If I hade to choose, I'd probably have Taylor slightly ahead at the moment. After finishing The Entrepreneur yesterday and enjoying it so much, I knew I had to try this new game, and I'm not disappointed. I'm the same, I finished the first chapter of Law School and I liked it, I even thought it was the game with the most content for a first release on F95. However, I've never played the previous game and I've only read that some people were upset because they felt the ending was unfinished, but that's all I've read.I went the other way, I've downloaded (but not yet played) The Entrepreneur based on onjoying Law School so far.
Taylor, Elsa, and Miranda are all exceptional.
I'm terrible at remembering names, but I always remember the stories and what the characters look like .I'm a very big fan of Taylor, Elsa & Miranda, and also Olive. i'm a bit like this and bit not. If it's a character I really like I tend to remember their name for the most part, but if it's a character I only somewhat I like im more prone to forget their name after some time especially if I stay away from a thread or game long enough. I will generally remember what they are about unless they got something that makes them stand out and makes it easy for me to remember.I'm terrible at remembering names, but I always remember the stories and what the characters look like .
I call them: the best friend, the roommate, the evil twin, the redheaded enemy/best lover? (bestie of the evil twin), the mute girl, the ballerina, the studious girl from the room across the hall, the student council and so on .
Lana , Rose for me unsure if I like Taylor or Miranda more. The only one I don't really like is Aurora and Lana's sister but willing to play their paths all the same. Elsa im a bit on the fence about I typically stay away or don't like LI that work for the school a MC is going to as they usually come across as the romance usually is awkward and weird for me and just not my cup of tea. However so far Elsa hasn't crossed over into any weirdness for me so I can see myself liking her so far. After finishing The Entrepreneur yesterday and enjoying it so much, I knew I had to try this new game, and I'm not disappointed. This is why I started saving screenshots in a "characters" folder and then creating my LI cards. I kept having to ask MiltonPowers "Who?" when he mentioned some obscure girl who appeared in that one scene eight updates ago.i'm a bit like this and bit not. A very good idea for games that don't have a gallery or a menu with all the names .This is why I started saving screenshots in a "characters" folder and then creating my LI cards.
nope, not happening.Well, two things, faster rigs, faster updates, so for us more to enjoy.
With the added bonus being that I don't have to load the game up to access the diary, or whatever function it is that has the character list!A very good idea for games that don't have a gallery or a menu with all the names .
lol you make me want to make my own cards. As I tend to delete games after I play updates once every 2 months or so unless it's a favorite of mine or something. With the added bonus being that I don't have to load the game up to access the diary, or whatever function it is that has the character list!

I use excel spreadsheets. All linked to a masterfile so I can access quickly. I have a sheet for each AVN (or in some cases 3 or 4), But keep track of all the characters, my ranking, who they are, relationship, a picture, points if they use them, keep track of status (sex yet, creampies). Also notes on the game from Dev comments, notes on key decisions and branching points, so I can find them easily in my saves. In a nutshell. I am pretty anal.lol you make me want to make my own cards. As I tend to delete games after I play updates once every 2 months or so unless it's a favorite of mine or something.
haha im not that good with google sheets to include a picture probably would look messy as hell.I use excel spreadsheets. All linked to a masterfile so I can access quickly. I did and redid mine, maybe 20 times till I finally became happy, and I still think of things to add every now and then. I try not to, because If I add it to one sheet, I have to go and add it to every AVN.haha im not that good with google sheets to include a picture probably would look messy as hell.
since I started to redo mine I just keep track of Name , Game , SG or MG , my interest level , how much I like them , my tier ranking, notes , Childhood friend / best friend , max relationship status available , Tsundere , do they have issues or trauma , size tiny , small , medium, big or huge breast ( according to me) , nipple piercing , older LI , and finally if they are a EX
I kind of over did it somewhat looks messy still I stopped updating and deciding how I want to redo it.
hmmm didn't think of that I did it all on one sheet, maybe i'll try splitting so it less messy haha thanks for the ideaI did and redid mine, maybe 20 times till I finally became happy, and I still think of things to add every now and then. Hello everyone,
Last week was fantastic. I worked consistently every single day and achieved all my objectives. Each day, based on the tasks at hand, I set a quota for the number of scenes to create, and I hit that quota every day except for Saturday. It's been a great week, and I'm quite pleased with my progress. It's also the first week where I haven't focused on creating animations, aside from one small one that took about 30 minutes. I really went all in on creating static renders, and it shows.
I'm planning to maintain this level of productivity over the next six weeks, right up until I leave for my holiday. My goal is to complete all the remaining story statics by October 7th. That way, when I return on the 18th, I can start working on post-production and remodeling the Facegram feature.
I'm excited because, while DAY 3 and DAY 4 in game are arguably the most substantial parts of this update, they're also the most eventful, featuring two character introductions, two LEWD scenes, and a Facegram roam. This means that I'm currently in the slowest part of the development, but I'm making significant progress, which leads me to believe that DAY 5 and DAY 6 will be quicker to create, and DAY 7 is just one scene. This update is progressing faster than I anticipated, but I don't want to jinx it, so let's ignore that last sentence!
On another note, there's something important that I need to mention. I've been aware of this for a few weeks now, but I wanted to work on it more and have a clearer understanding before explaining it to you.
I've decided to make a few changes to Episode 1 of Law School, though nothing too drastic.
First, visually speaking, I've reworked the last day of Episode 1, particularly the trial, as the colors weren't as good as I expected. I've learned a few new tools and decided to recreate the renders, so there are already 40+ renders that will go back to the rendering station soon. I'm also planning to revisit all the night scenes in the first episode and improve them. I believe I can do much better now, thanks to some new techniques I've learnt, including using Lightroom properly with the help of a patron. There are also a few other scenes, like the first class with Caroline, that could use a rework. Fortunately, I found a plugin that allows me to apply the new settings to scenes instantly without having to open them one by one, so I won't waste much time on that.
Secondly, I've decided to add three new Love Interests (LIs) to the game. This is a significant change since none of these LIs had a story before.
I spent a few weeks brainstorming and finding ways to integrate them. The reason for this is that I felt the Law School cast of LIs wasn't diverse enough. After playing a few AVNs recently, I realized that while I've learnt a lot technically since The Entrepreneur, my storytelling could use more diversity, more spice in the cast, and perhaps a faster pace at certain points. Thanks to this, I was able to identify some of the mistakes I made and what needed improvement.
I'm making these changes now because Law School is still in its early stages. I'd rather fix things now while I still can than have them burden me for the next few years. As of now, I'm not sure exactly what will change—definitely the intro, but no canon events will be altered. You should be able to load and play the game from your current save without breaking anything, at least that's the plan. I'll keep you updated once I know more. There might be a few additional dialogues you could miss, but nothing game-breaking.
I realize this is a big change, but I consider Law School : Chapter 1 incomplete until the first three episodes are out and the game is released on Steam. So, it's now or never to make these adjustments.
To clarify, while I've added three new LIs, none of the existing LIs have been changed. Some of the new ones you might have already seen, but I'll keep a bit of mystery there. I'll decide later whether or not to introduce them to you.
Now, onto the numbers:
- 1122 story statics
- 47 animations
- 25 scenes fully written
As you can see, there's been a MASSIVE upgrade in the story statics department. My goal was to create at least 30 renders daily. For the first four days, I stuck to that target, stopping work as soon as I hit it. On Friday, I pushed myself a bit more and worked later to create extra renders, which is probably why I didn’t get much done on Saturday. So, I ended the week with a whopping 201 renders, close to my personal record.
I'll aim to maintain this goal this week, but I'm off to a slow start since I had a lot to prepare today and focused on animations rather than story statics.
That's all for last week's progress update.
I know we had a small event planned for last week, but I couldn't find the time, so it will happen this week!
In the meantime, I wish you all a great week.

Well this update sounds super. Yes a call to make the game better right now instead of going to make a remake when we are halfway, wasting a lot of time for us waiting on the remake. And yes not having to play half a game because of the remake. I will only have to replay chapter one which will not be annoying because I love the game and it will be better!Law School Episode 2 - Progress update #12

well entrepreneur took 2 years to finish 4 eps and this is more massive so 3 updates per year is my guess.Keep up the good work! But no date of chapter 2?
