Probably both. He made some (really nice) changes to Ep1.

Bit of both, I removed the freeroam and made it a linear event as I thought it wasn't polished enough.
I might make a freeroam in episode 3 now that I understand coding a little better.

I also added a few images and dialogues, about 80 images and three hundred lines of dialogue. Nothing game breaking, it's just more conversations with LIs and a few random stuff here and there

The code thing that made the saves break was Facegram, now it shouldn't happen anymore

I love everything about this game, from each written letter to the last image. It's almost perfect. I'm really looking forward to the new update. It's an exceptionally good and intelligent VN. I guess I fell in love with the game because the characters are awesome, and I'm a "Suits" fan.

They're images from the second episode, I upped my game in terms of visuals so most of them are taken from episode 2 but I'll change that soon when I get more contente for episode 3

Yes, Chapter 1 was very good and has a lot of content, I was very surprised and the developer seems good and professional.

I was sold on the game with just Chapter 1, whereas in other cases/games I'm halfway through or more and still not convinced.

The only complaint I've seen against him is from people who say he left incomplete stories in his previous game, like he rushed to finish it, which I don't know if it's true because I only played Law School.

I discovered this developer on Steam, so I can't really comment on the issue of being rushed, as I purchased the complete game and found it amazing. I don't agree with the idea that the game was made hastily. From what I recall, it has around four chapters and a final, extensive chapter with an incredible conclusion. However, if I had played the game gradually, my perception might have been different.
