Since this isn't a harem game, is it possible for the MC to have a romantic relationship and sex exclusively with the LI he'll end the game with? That's if I only like one LI, If I like two, then I'm not interested in the game.

I wouldn't know, but many moons ago, attorneys $800-$1200/hr with downtown offices in a major city... with their name on the door and a suite and brass plagues in the lobby near the elevator. Well, that sounds like "mission impossible" for you (in terms of liking 1 LI only). Most of girls here are written to be likable, while I have Elsa as my fav, I'd say narrowing it down to just one girl in the whole game might be tougher than you think. It’s more of a "which flavour of great do you prefer" situation than a simple yes/no choice. So, multiple saves - your solution. And yes - girls are optional (lewds, not their story-lines).
P.S. I just re-read your post, doesn't make much sense to me, really, looks like a subtle way to whine it's not a harem/fuckfest game rather than trying to get any info.
