I stared at Taylor for a long time, again with that feeling of similarity to someone that was nagging at me. When she changed her hair for the date and made an angry face, everything became clear to me.

That feels a little mean. I mean, I don't think Taylor is appealing in the first place, but she's no freakin' goblin. Taylor's default face doesn't go into 'scary' mode when she's smiling.

Having said that, her unexplained meltdown is ultimately what made me write her off entirely. I don't care that she's had trauma in her life. Almost everybody does to some degree, and managing it is her job, not the job of the clueless around her.

I almost moved her to a content save because of it and not a main LI save until she apologized and explained things to the MC. Which for me made her meltdown not a big deal at all to me. How I see it we all make mistakes with trauma or whatever from time to time. It comes down to how big of a mistake it is and for taylor I saw it as a small mistake. If they are willing to apologize and explain theirself after will make the difference if I write them off or not. That and helps she has a great personality tho I kind of don't like her when she is horny as she kind of feels like a side girl or just a different character when that happens.

Tho I also may be a bit biased I have a thing for LI that have trauma as long as it's not in a I can fix her kind of way but just be there for them kind of way. As I really like it when a MC can be there for a LI when they need them. I find it makes alot of sweet and wholesome moments and sometimes can turn romantic too.

Haha, see you hasn't changed with Jill hate :ROFLMAO: I initially suspected, based on her facial expressions, that Taylor had the same features. But with that hairstyle and that angry expression, I was convinced. I give MisterMaya credit – while many developers shove the default P3D Imogen into their games, he disguised her with a different skin texture, eyebrows, and slightly altered her shape.

I've liked Taylor from the start, she's like vanilla+ girl, means more open and a bit more daring than the typical shy and naive princess type in VNs. It looks like MC hit her where it hurts the most. But she's definitely not going to be my #1.

Taylor remains my #1 because she's got so goddamn much in common with the MC, and that's very important to me. They are both ambitious, hard-working, idealistic, both lead their study groups, and, as it turns out, both have troubled familial background. They can offer a lot to each other. Now, Miranda had a great performance last update, beating Elsa for my #2 and almost beating Taylor. Taylor would totally lose the spot if she turned out to be a mother who gave her kid up for adoption like me and some others suspected because of how her outburst was worded, but as an orphan, she keeps her leadership for me.
Don't worry Taylor, I'll make you a new family.

Yeah, but they really don't. Being adopted doesn't mean you're troubled. I think the MC made it fairly clear that it's just not an issue to him, he's got a family and loving parents.

Taylor, by contrast, has the actual trauma of having lost her entire family just the year prior. That is an entirely different scope of pain. There's no mystery of why her family gave her up or anything else - they didn't, they dead. I can't recall if there was any talk of extended family (cousins/grandparents), it kinda blurred together in my head after the reveal.

All the same, that's why I simply don't forgive her outburst, because her situation and the MC's are entirely different, and she behaved like it was somehow his fault and he was shitting on the people who gave him up.

Was glad the author avoided the obvious trope of having given up a child, though, because that would have fit the window of absence from school perfectly.

That's because he didn't have any info, having blissful ignorance instead. With his biological mother contacting him, he's sure to learn a lot of his own troubling dramatic shit. While it won't ever get close to Taylor's scope, I think he's gonna end up asking himself questions similar to Taylor's.

My reaction after opening the phone after first meeting her and seeing her in the "side girls" category:
And then later finding out she's one of the girls that in season 1 alone has multiple sex scenes, compared to some of the main girls that have none yet :KEK:

I just wanted to say, played 3-4 hours, and i'm enjoying it very much and the fact that the developer, instead of fighting f95, is active member of this community made me go and buy steam version.
thank you very much MisterMaya and good luck with season 2 and your future projects

I missed out on Rose because of my personality :HideThePain:

Time to speed run the game and not choose options I would if I was in this position, but instead choose the options because I want Rose. I think this system isn't that good tbh.

The story is good, and the renders are too, but the personality system really limits choices.
