I understand you. I like the "Law theme" so i played to the end. But i don´t like the LI mechanic(and the no Rose scene yet) so fare.
Not in season 1. We don't know yet about next season, but imo almost certainly we will have the option to bang her then.
We know she's a love interest on neutral personality, so it's safest to take that route going season 2 onwards. It's still unclear if at least some future sex scenes will be available with girls of which you don't have the personality for, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
