The Japanese developer didn't disclose who's working on it, but they responded to a comment on their blog page, that the English translation is in the workings.
Nope. The latest Ci-en post and comments is just talking about their next game, and we don't know who the translator is, so we can't try checking directly.
See my post just above yours. No new posts on Ci-en since I made that post, so we still know nothing.
Like I said before, for anyone waiting on the official patch, you're probably looking at at least another 3 months before it comes out. If even that.
The sequel looks pretty good.
