She's from Final fantasy VII Remake. She was not in the original game from 97, but was added in the Yuffie DLC.
Tbh, her design seems inspired by FF-Type 0 (kinda like a much softer version of "Queen" from the that game - and yes, LazyProc already made two anims for the latter).

wow, that cell shading look good usully 3D artists suck at doing it which make the characterr look awful, like those unshaded Naruto Ultimate Storm models.

I think only a few now don't. The issue I am finding is that the animators now are releasing their work with audio. So that leaves me with a very small amount of animations to add audio to. Plus, I like to get permission, which sometimes doesn't happen.They are, it sucks they release them without audio. So thank you for doing that and making us fap to more porn
