Aside from size, length of the project, noticeability, nintendo also tends to go after less vanilla content more. Like pokegirls almost never get copyright struck and there's many long running games with them meanwhile furry or beast projects like this are gone after much more often. Makes me wonder if the game could have gone under the radar if it were a little less attached to the source material but at least the dev's gone on to make another good project.I'm just wondering why this specific game was targeted, when there are plenty of other fan made Pokemon games out there (porn ones included).

No not a new game and old one that got put to a end because of Nintendo, but its the last bit that was worked on. Such a shame too because its one we will never see anything like again of that quality.
