I think somewhere you ( Winterfire ) mention that the you like grinding until you are OP as well (same here) and that unlocks the Harem Route - I saw the choice for it but mine was greyed out - I did not grind much after the War Game and just wanted to confirm if that is only depended on stats or you have to be on a specific Route - since my first playthrough was supposed to be in Präparation for a Freya Route in the Sequel I did not choose any in this one but have savefiles at certain points.

Harem route requires you to have done all 6 brothel scenes (3x Samira and 3x Lena) and not being in any route. That'd be enough to let you pick the harem route, however during that you'll need to face against Aisha.
Aisha is pretty strong even for people at her level, so if you want to have a chance defeating her and progress with the Harem route, you need to level up at SSS stats (on your main attributes) so by the time you reach the maximum level for that point of the story, you'll be much stronger than normal.

Of course you can help yourself by using Elixir, or using items like Flashbang to blind her. So training is not necessary, but it'll make that fight much harder to win.

As for Freya, the events will play similarly to the source material (With variations depending on the route you are in, if any, and if you have shown interest to Freya) + a mix of the final achievement which is a Freya x Bell what-if sidestory.

And a small question regarding the blue/red choices
since there is no way to track those, will they only have minor impact on dialogue or are there plans for them to impact scenes if you lean heavily in a certain direction?
Be that as it may - I think they a nice addition. Being able to say THAT to Ishtar made my day

Since you are focusing on your other games I might as well check those out too
You said the sequel might not even be worked on until the LN is finished which will be a torture to wait
(You ever watched a good Season and you're sad there is no sequel announced even after 5 years? Yeah, that feeling)

Those are major choices that influence the story (including CGs) and are also choices that are saved and remembered in the sequel. Most of them will be just flavor text (Such as Artemis recalling some events in her route), but others will have major consequences such as...

The way I'll handle them in the sequel is by showing extra images when needed, but not unlockable CGs, as that would soft lock people from completing the game in case they want to start from the sequel, or lost their save in the meantime.

In general blue = Canon, Red = new.
