As far as new content goes i only think it is new K and C scenes and a few extra things that where pre made and he could not get it to work due to his laptop not being able to import really anything i know Kuja has been working on a lot of artwork and other shit so i think 7.5 is gonna be content they tried to add but couldn't last month i don't mind uploading 7.5 but i am gonna wait to 0.8 before i play lol.

This may sound weird, but I find being able to change clothes in and of itself kinda hot. Even better if you can mix and match articles of clothing.
Bud, it's not at all weird if there's an entire industry built around the concept of "lingerie."

Judgeing by their Trello it seems like the creampie and swallow cum acts with Cenvir might be in (They have been moved to the "done" tab).
Judgeing by a google translate your either stuck after tearing her clothes, or stuck trying to find a way to tear her clothes (first or second clothes tearing?)?
Anyway to tear her clothes the first time you need to reach the point where the hunters return. Speak to the hunter girl (near the bar) and then speak to the lizardgirl at night. If your values are high enough (lust, submission) you get the option to tear the clothing.
For the second time you need to speak to the hunter girl again and ask her about all the different kinds of creatures. One of them is a monkey that steals stuff. After that go to the waterfall and bath, if you repeat this you eventually get a scene were a monkey steals your clothing, after that you get the option to tear them some more (again values need to be high enough).
If you can't tear the clothing even doing what i said in the post above, then you likely just need more in your lust and submission stats. So i would advice you to do any action that still increase it (I think failing Eli's pot quest and being her toy still gives submission at later stages for example, while minor sub stuff dosen't work once you reach certain values).
Do note that the waterfall scene with the monkey is completely random (after unlocking it by talking to the hunter girls about the monkeys). So you may have to go there many times for it to trigger.
