You can use the Armory > Good Girl > Blow Job > Swallow event to get +5 Lust per day,
Then at 470 (475?) that unlocks swallow for Cevir which is another +5 per day.
(Bath not pot) The waterfall with grope is +5.
Or if you say No way to the male then there's another +5 option at the waterfall.

Then don't. Or have some patience or pledge on Patreon yourself.
After spending some time in the game, the only changes that I found were the ones that have already been mentioned several times. 1.) Cenvir spit\swallow, 2.) CG animations with creampie. That's it (the CG animations are the new Cenvir sex scene).
He had trouble working on the game while he was away. Next update should hopefully add significantly more. Play if you want, wait for 0.8 if you want but ranting about it here is not going to change anything or add anymore content.

Have to give Cenvir a BJ again and swallow, then the new sex scene should be available. But, yes, it keeps saying that. Don't think that notification was updated since last version. Can just ignore it. Should be 2 variations on the new scene.
Wasn't that already in the game before this latest update, though? We've had lots of posts asking how to do it.
i think there was only 1 tier. It's in the patch notes on the patreon and was on the author's trello as a feature for this patch. But i might be stupid
