I cant tell if that's a rhetorical question, but either way the answer is almost certainly yes. Maybe not constantly, but I would bet a leg, at least once.

Its all in the walkthrough my dude. The maid and the horse is in the Imperial Manor barn, but it has a cut off so you have to see as soon as you can. For Gab there's an dialogue option when you enter the Windy Canyon that leads to the scene. As for the crazy lady just collect 30 shards.

I honestly think if there's anything this game could benefit from I think it would be to add more random scenes. Because both of my play through's ended up last 9 and 12 hours, and both were cheated runs. I would imagine a normal run would take probably around 15-17, and who know how long it'll be for when episode 4 is done, 30?. For how many scenes are in the game there's a huge downtime between scenes. I feel like Gabe could implement more scenes like for example the Layla scene, throughout the game. Not only would this make the game feel fill the gap between story scenes but it would give a incentive to explore, which the game doesn't have at the current moment.
