Legit the only artist I could imagine that can nail the LoQOO style BETTER than SethXZoe would be DevilHS. I know it seems like a long shot but he's already working on Shadow of Anubis so he's 100% familiar with the theme and the world, plus I can imagine the majority of us found LoQO from his comic. I'm probably coping super hard though with this, there's no shot that will happen.

That's what I remember hearing years ago. Seriously, does Gabe keep him in their basement or something? How did Gabe even get in contact with Seth if he's an enigma online, unless Seth reached out to Gabe. If what that artist here said is true about Seth possibly getting fed up with the feet-dragging of the game, then Gabe lost a real golden goose. Now I get to spend the next week anxious for the new artist (likely) to be revealed and the disappointment that half the reason I care about this snail of a franchise entry is gone.

I would assume since Gabe has been working with Sethxzoe for a while she might have contact info being a paying customer and all but I can only guess.

But also it's weird that Seth WOULD get annoyed because Gabe is the paying client. It just means more work for Seth so it's such a weird thing to be upset about unless Gabe was being wishy washy. And then there's no reason to go MIA online. Perhaps something is going on IRL but who knows.

Anyway, DevilHS is awesome, and I'd love to see them actually do CGs. I genuinely don't give a shit about Eastern/Western artist and where they're born so long as the art is on point. But maybe this is a lesson learned for Gabe on her next project.

I suspected it was something like this but it's unfortunate to see it confirmed. The meandering feature creep reminded me a lot of some writers hitting a roadblock and their muse wandering off as a result, but that usually results in whole new projects/stories. The consistent flow of content made me wonder if it was production issues of some kind, especially with the artist completely vanishing when some scenes were already missing styles, but I was hoping it was just IRL issues causing delays.

I can't help but feel resentment for gabe's meandering flare up stronger than ever. maybe if they didn't waste so much time redoing insignificant spritework and adding pointless boring minigames then the game would've been done by now with all of seth's art intact. I feel foolish for being as upset as I am about this, but then I realize that I spent so many years putting up with the wait thinking that it would make for a better game, only for that ridiculous wait possibly being the reason the artist I liked the most decided to move on to other things or quit art altogether. Is this the Star Citizen of porn games?

is there a way to cheat resources? apparently i moved the story too fast and am short on supplies. unless you just still cannot build the base outside the citadel walls up to this version?
