No, you shouldn't need anything else
I just ran it on a fully updated Windows 11

and as it's from GOG it should work no problem

I remember trying to get this game to run on a pc with a 486 and the intro scene ran at about 1 frame per second. It was unplayable and I was so bummed. Surprised it even ran at all.
