I know for a NTR game to work the MC needs to be dumb as rocks, but this one has to have some kind of brain damage, I'm glad Emily is cheating on him, she deserves better

Here's the thing, I love NTS, our MC is clearly into it too, but the absolute thing I hate is that he's clearly aware of what is happening, she lies to him in every possible way, the "friend" makes fun of the MC by playing with him, so either the MC comes clear with his girlfriend and shows her everything he knows ane they move forward into the sharing route or he just dumps her cheating lying ass right away.
I never yelled at my phone so much at an NTR game. The thing that strike me the most, is the constant lying. And the fact that she makes her boyfriend look bad even though she's clearly the one in the wrong here.
Great game, don't take my outtake as bad, I just hope it'll be some sort of positive outcome for everyone at the end of this. But if the MC doesn't come clear with his girlfriend, this just gets absurd.

How do you choose? He clearly told that he's not telling her. It cannot be NTS if any of the protagonist aren't on the same level of honesty.

I don't think we can choose a route until and unless i missed something. The choices don't mean much up until the last update.

People don't generally use proper refined English in their texting, but this is less casual and quirky and more English as a second language. I find it a bit distracting.

This premise of the MC wanting to be a cuck but being unwilling to tell her, and her starting to fool around without his permission is great. I'm all for it. Though, I really don't like how annoying the MC is. Everyone's acting very very clearly like they know he has a cuck fetish, like Sabrina told them, and they're doing this for him, hinting and teasing about it, to an extreme and silly degree after a while. Which is fine, I guess, though I'd have prefered a plot more like she was actually cheating and Sabrina was the only one who knew the MC was into it and feeding him all the secret details.
If you meant it to be a story of cheating, woah buddy, you missed the mark. They're being overbearingly obvious about teasing the MC about it. It's not a secret.

That could be interesting if everyone knows about his fetish, specially his girlfriend. That might be a good theory. But so far, we are all in the dark, but the game is called "lending my NTR girlfriend", so I might assume that the girlfriend maybe doesn't even know about the fetish of her boyfriend. The MCs best friend knows about it, but she maybe never mentioned it to anyone EXCEPT maybe the bull of the game. This on the other hand would be a theory too, that he knows and goes towards stealing the MCs girl. This and the fact that the friend of the MC plays a double game, she maybe wants that the bull steals the girlfriend of MC so she can become his new girlfriend because she might have a hidden crush on him.
