Yeah..... Olivia sending the photos to the friend even though the MC didn't want her to didn't sit well with me. This has now clearly become a full NTR game that's mascarading as having an NTS path, there's no trying to hide it anymore.

I have such a love/hate relationship with this game. I like the art style, I like the concept of the story in a very loose way, but god the transition from loving couple to abusive relationship is too fast, and not one of his friends can be decent with him. Guy's got no lifeline at all, in a real scenario like this we'd be watching this story on codebluecam of EWU.
All that aside it's roleplaygame's story, and I respect that. I saw where it was going, hated it, but kept coming back to see how it unfolded, that's honestly high praise and I hope they see it that way. I will probably check out the camping one too with lower expectations for sanity.

Almost like the OP told people there was an NTS path.
Also, NTR kinda implies some level of... hiding it? Betrayal? Part of the draw is seeing the corruption, but the GF just... immediately started cheating, with no guilt shown whatsoever.
Most people are kinda just pointing out that GF is an unbelievably terrible person to a BF she supposedly likes, all of the MC's/her friends are so absurdly awful to the MC that it's obvious they all actually hate him.
Again, it would actually make sense if the game eventually revealed that the GF was actually dating the bull the entire time and faked the relationship with the MC because they find it hot.

If you will call the game NTR the game must be NTR and if you want add a NTS route, great but must be OPTIONAL because when I search for a NTR game I want watch the MC COMPLETELY clueless and unknowing about what is his girlfriend doing until the last chapter... I hope in the next patch the dev erase this part and make the MC again unknown what happened with his girlfriend because this is very absurd...

I really hope MC breaks up with his girlfriend. Or that there's a chance he can tell his girlfriend he knows she's cheating on him. Then from there, his girlfriend can confess and have a choice. Or that they finally break up, or that MC accepts her cheating if she promises never to cheat on him again. then from there she can continue with the betrayal without mc knowing until much later.

The NTR is about sex with other people without approval of the partner, and as far as the gf is concerned she is cheating on MC who (pretends to) not have a clue about her actions. The NTS route (which you can choose in chapter 1 iirc, not chapter 5) involves telling the girlfriend about the MC's kink, so that she knows she's got permission from her boyfriend to fool around.
Just because you want a completely clueless MC doesn't mean this is the only kind of NTR. If this game doesn't meet your preferred type of story, simply move on. It won't change from what it is.
Sorry but no, NTR is when the girl have sex at boyfriend's back without his concent and when the MC NEVER know what is happening, in the moment that the MC know what is happening have 2 ends:
1) the MC cut his relationship with the FMC (Girlfirend/wife/between others).
2) Recognice he like when is happening and start to enjoy it (NTS).
In other words, no, this game isn't NTR in the moment that the MC know what is happening, even if he try to "play dumb" like he said in the game, isn't NTR because he knows, the thing with NTR is the secret, the unknown what is happening, in the moment that you remove the "hiden/secret/uknown" you eliminate the NTR of the game, and is worst if the MC enjoy what is happening because is more NTS than other thing.
If you want to ignore the reality is your choice but, the reality is the reality and the reality is, this isn't a NTR game.
Other games handle this with:
FMC PoV or in the case of games like this, an app to watch what is happening with the FMC without the MC know what is happening (for example putting a black barr in the FMC eyes, is a classic in any NTR)
Almost forgot, if the Dev call this game NTR and ISN'T NTR (Because even if you not want accepti it, isn't a NTR game) is almost a scam because the game SAY something and IS another completly the opposite... So the dev must change the game or will be a scam...
I mean, if you play the game, the dev say there are two routes:
1) NTR
2) NTS
With some dialogs very well marked to select what route you want to play, if the Dev say that, and make two path, the minimum that I want to see is a NTR path, not a NTS disguised like NTR (And bad disguised because I can know that is NTS almost in every moment xD )

This may be your personal definition of it, but it's not something everyone agrees on. Consequently, some NTR games won't have the setup you speak of.
And honestly, if every NTR game followed the same cookie cutter template you describe, it'd be fucking boring. You may enjoy reading the same exact plot over and over and over, but again, it's not the same for everyone. This game doesn't have the plot you want and it's not going to have it, so it's really simplest to just leave it be and play something that does match your preferences.
No mr. isn't "my personal definition", is the standard definition based on years watching NTR animes, comics and videogames, if you want some new it's ok I only are asking for one of two options:
1) The dev must change the game to make a REAL NTR story and not a fake NTR story.
2) Rename the game like what it is, is just change the "R" for a "S" in the "NTR" in the name of the game because like I said, this is a NTS story disguised like a NTR story (again BAD disguised).
In other words I want the game be honest with what it is to the users because the users deserve not be deceived.
And of course every NTR story are the same:
The girl find a reason to cheat on her boyfriend/husband/childhood friend/son/brother/student/cousin/between others with a bull that can be a ugly bastard/exchange student/Bully/Neighbor/between others and the girl can end or not pregnant in a point of the story.
What makes each story different and the reason that the people doesn't get bored even if are the same base of the genere are the details like the girl (physics/aestetics) the bull, the story that can change more or less but the base are the same, if you want something new, you must invent a new base therefore a new sub genere but this isn't the case.
