You don't get to choose, you can however, kite some of the enemies, so in theory if you're skills are good enough then yes.

I don't think that is possible at this stage. So far, you can only operate inside the building.

Man as soon as I started playing I was loving the animations and character expressions, reminded me of another game I loved Path of pixie, then I finished my first session came here and it turns out it is from the same dude

The way that's actually supposed to work is either the door will be unlocked or you can pick it with a hairpin, then you can join her in the shower. After the shower, if you get her down to zero in the heart gauge, you can have sex with her.
