The way AAA games are nowadays is killing the plot progression in these games as well:
Cutscenes forcing plot, hard coded decisions, that nullify your whole game up to that point, like building huge stacks of points with both girls, but you literally get nothing in return if you somehow skip the humiliation ritual - you gotta go do that specific scene the specific place with the specific gilr to unlock character growth, even tho you have them at max points, which is wild.
In LWT the grind is insane, but the specific expansions being only cuck means you basically do nothing because there is no drama, you have successfully did the unholy grind to be top male so nothing hapends in the cuck expansions as your points would not allow it. Or you trigger the expansion that is cuck driven and you get severely emasculated in a relationship where you have climbed Mt. Olympus and are basically Zeus - who gets humiliated by the scripted cuck expansion.

As far as I'm concerned LWT was pretty much perfect after the one original expansion. LWT2 was always a bit disappointing for me too.

Problem is that in a lot of cases there is no alpha path as an alternative to the cuck path. You either let Tracy bang other guys or you just skip that entire path. There's no alternate path where Justin is the one doing the cheating and Tracy is a cuckquean or something.

The closest I have seen to that with LWT is the final endings for LWT 2 where you can have an FFM with Tracy and Lisa. THAT's what I think most people want based on the marketing for the original game and yet most of the threesome content focuses on Tracy getting fucked by other guys instead. Basically a bait and switch. I want what the game was marketed as which is a game where Justin (the MC) is the one being tempted.

By contrast, I have no problem with the way that Eleanor was developed. Not really my kind of game, but that game was clearly marketed with Eleanor as the main character and she is clearly going to be cheating on her husband. And sure enough that's what the entire game centers around. There's a few scenes where she might set her husband up with a side chick or even a threesome but that's the exception, not the rule.

So to use the Caleb/basement plot line as an example I don't mind Tracy fucking Caleb being one of the options for unlocking the basement content but there should be an alternate option with Justin fucking Lisa or something instead. In fact the Tracy/Caleb option should be the one that's the alternate. The Justin/some other girl option should be the default option. Same with the weekend getaways with Tracy's old flame. That guy should have had a wife or girlfriend with him and have the option for Justin to bang that girl instead of Tracy getting it on with the other guy.

It sounds like they're tweaking some of the original content to add some of that stuff like the vegas trip adding the option for Justin to fuck the blond in the wet t-shirt contest I think. That should have been in there to begin with. You can have the circle jerk thing in there too for the cuck path but that should not have been the focus IMO. Hopefully as they add more content they'll better flesh out the alpha path into a real path instead of an afterthought to the cuck stuff.

LWT 2 did a better job with that offering some cuck options if you wanted them but balancing that with even more options for Justin to be the one getting all the action. Too bad the original version of that was ridiculously short.

There are plenty of scenes already in the game that are blatant missed opportunities for Tracy to swing the other way a bit. Like the movie night after the weekend trips where Justin can demand to watch porn. We already have the option for Tracy to get Justin off right in front of Lisa. Where's the option for Tracy to get horny enough watching the porno to ask Lisa if she wants a taste too? What about the dinner party with Derek? Where's the option for Derek to get drunk and get sent home and Tracy/Lisa to have a drunken threesome with Justin that Tracy can make some kind of excuse about later? I don't even mind if they add a cuck option for Derek to fuck Tracy as long as I get my Tracy/Lisa threesome as an alternate.

For LWT 1 I think they're somewhat handicapped by the timeline for LWT 2 as far as any kind of FFM stuff with Tracy and Lisa which is why I still think they should just combine the two games. Make LWT 2 some kind of expensive and repeatable vacation where he can advance the Tracy/Lisa FFM plotline while also having the option to bang the other dude's wife/Gabrielle/the maid on the side as well.

You are correct, as of today, there isn't a direct path where Justin can be the alpha and Tracy isn't as dominant.

Unfortunately it seems like the game is designed that way. Think about the original idea, Justin is attempting to fix their relationship post baby. HE has the responsibility to be a good husband, nothing is said about Tracy's involvement in why the relationship has broken.

I said it in an earlier post, I started the game fresh on this update. My only goal was this new content. I went to Vegas, went home, never called Blake or Amanda.
