Well, we still have a few days left to download it until then. Probably we will need all of them when I look at those crappy download options so far...

to the Uploaders:
At least provide a Torrent link if you don't want to use proper high speed hosters. That would already help a lot.

It must be so hard getting through life when you make so strong a verdict on so little understanding.

Use that big monkey brain of yours and you could probably rationalise that this is probably not a cut and dry permanent removal for the future. Wouldn't be a good business move, would it?
Perhaps something else is at play here :unsure:

Just wait for the next update lmao.

I think I actually dislike huggy-boy Sensei way more than rapey-boy Sensei.

Sensei's new characterization (when the old text can't be used) is as a politically correct college professor
who is scared of sexual intimacy and is basically a weak loser outside of his job, which he takes way too seriously
(selectively, at weird times, to cover up the old sex stuff mostly).

A few examples to give you a feel if you would want to play it:

-Ami is now Sensei's Certified Public Accountant

-Sensei is now a college professor, the girls are college aged.

-"Hugs arent allowed on college grounds!"

-Porn shop is now a dvd store

-"this is probably just an alternate timeline or something and nothing really matters in this one"

-Yumi hates gum and was forced to juggle by old Sensei in the past counseling sessions.

-Chika mugs Sensei and gives him a swirly


I love it.

I actually laughed out loud at the picture of Sensei with the rose.

It'd be more fun if it were even more bastardized but I don't want this (beautiful but retarded) piece of shit to take away any more time from the real game then is absolutely necessary.

I mean... assuming Subeles has to help with this version...

Nah, Patreon will actually be sfw all the way, (although maybe this Subules guy will manage to ship off patches to them somehow?). Other forms like subscribestar ($5 a month) or game pass ($60 a year) will give it to you on time and nsfw or you can wait for the public version 2 weeks later.

Haven't really followed what's been going on for the last year, waiting for updates to pile up to finally waddle through all the content, only to find out after downloading the latest version that its heavily censored? What the actual hell happened here, what a huge disappointment.

The version of the game available through Patreon (and only that one, not other versions) has been censored to comply with the policies they set, and was released today. Download v0.21.0 Part 1 if you want the real game, either from here or from

Whoever is in charge of the edits to the OP: the OP should probably be clearer about distinguishing between SFW/Legend of the Huggy Boy and NSFW/original versions. In particular, the default Download link should be the NSFW version, to avoid confusion like wytekki's.

There will be patches for the Patreon version in future updates that restore the game to what it's supposed to be, but since the latest version is already publicly available on itch.io that wasn't necessary this time.

On the plus side he also mentioned that no longer needing to worry about complying with Patreon's standards (considering the Patreon version is now completely SFW) means that he will now be free to develop the proper game as he wishes in regards to content.

I haven't played the game in a long time but the new SFW version and a rework of the NSFW version sound stupid and a huge waste of time.
When I stopped playing I did it because the game felt like a chore to play because the sandbox gameplay with stat grind and it was a bit too dialogue-heavy for my taste but I liked most of the characters.
If Patreon fucks around with the game the Dev should have just erased every mention of the game from Patreon and just post a few renders of characters that are allowed on Patreon so he could keep the page and move the game to SubscribeStar.

Can we get a better distinction on the OP what version is worth the download or even better don't even post the SFW version here?
