I'm not going to mostly because I just don't care enough to. Despite my participation in this drama, Selebus and the game don't really spend a lot of time in my thoughts. If it leaks, cool. If it doesn't, fine, I have no issues waiting 2 weeks (and frankly this game like many others on this site offer a better experience if you can play multiple updates together).

But that doesn't mean it isn't possible he pissed someone else off enough to try to get it taken down. Which is what I'm sure happened with the patreon debacle (though there it didn't help that his subscribestar address was still subscribestar.com/selebus despite his genius plan of changing his display name to the totally unrelated subeles)

I never really had anything to say about Selly when i first started playing, didn't for months, good or bad, thought it was just a good game. I started shit talking him after the final release for chapter 2 (i think?), the one with all the obscure puzzles like eating rice and remembering a word from random scenes. A lot of the discord sycophants got together to troll folks here asking for answers and one of them tried to trick people into deleting their saves and the persistent file, someone shared a screen shot of Selly laughing at this attempt and that's when i wrote him off, can't expect me to shed a tear for a guy who thinks it's funny to screw people over like that, so i don't, and seeing him get the same treatment is the most delicious shadenfreude. I think that means i've only been shit talking him for like 6 months... roughly... been playing the game for like a year at this point. So yeah. Just put Complex on ignore btw, he's not worth engaging with.

I meant I'm not sure about you just because I don't remember you much. ;) As for the obscure puzzles, I think I was on the fence on that matter too, because while I wasn't fond of these puzzles I treated them as part of Sel's artistic vision™. But I can see where you're coming from.

As for the ComplexOne, it's not like I engage with him for his or anyone's sake (it's obviously not worth it), I just view it as a way to practice my English and discussion skills.

Complex puzzles are fine, hard games can be fun. What I think is stupid is the complete ban on asking for help and giving it. And I think it's poor game design to have basically no recourse if you're stuck.

What led me to realizing the guy's a bit of an asshole is way back when I suggested some tweaks (that would have been far simpler than his DRM btw) to make the audio puzzles more doable for people with hearing loss. His response was basically that deaf people don't really deserve to play the game.

And being deliberately obtuse also bothers me. He acts like there's no point to playing this game if you don't like puzzles... despite those accounting for maybe 0.1% of the content here. At the same time he bemoans the fact that people call this a porn game since < 10% of the content is sex scenes.

It's hard to comment on Bingoogus since they frequently deleted their own posts to cover their tracks, as for Vehmental, im not that active in the Discord but from my understanding they were booted from there after they made fun of someone's relative dying and that's when they started coming here.

You don't enjoy engaging with me because I don't spend my time here stroking myself while waiting for the next big leak/drama to occur, there's some other hypocritical points in your post but I'll leave those be.

Eh, you can think what you want about Sel but multiple commented on that incident and the person in question hasn't denied it.

There have been dozens of requests for them, but they got yanked as an offering so long ago that I doubt anyone still here has them to leak.
