That's Long Maya's outfit from Untitled Children's Show. At the end of her last appearance she left to be eaten by the dark entity, so maybe this is what's left behind.

It's also worth noting that Pareidolia was almost certainly the one who employed the Mayas to run the show, and he's appeared as a blue balloon before during the fourth Halloween (albeit with a different face).

I still think his "death" was fake, but I dunno if he would show up again in the very next update.

I can't imagine it's what's happening here, but it would be hilarious if Himawari shapeshifted into Pareidolia's "body".
