I saw you said you're planning to keep working on this game for still a few years. Which is a good thing. But you already know how the story will progress and end ? Or are you progressing the story based on what ideas you have on the moment ? (I'm not asking for spoiler )
And seeing the number of (romanceable) characters already in the game and now that you added 2 new girls into the story. I was wondering, Do you already know how many characters the game will have in total at the end ?
Keep doing a good great for next coming updates. I won't have the time to play in the coming weeks, but once I have free time again, I'll definitely support your work.

You should check his patreon. The 5K goal would make the Main girls get to 20. Main girls are the students in your class, of course. Dunno about the side characters.

Sel has already said that he will write as many characters as he wants, basically. But since he has almost characters to write for, I doubt he will get bored enough to add even more, at least aimlessly.

Both for a Persona reference (the protagonist is always the Fool, since it's generally associated with "unlimited potential") and because he is the most foolish person to ever exist, at least according to Maya.

Someone hasn't played P1 or P2~
As a side note, if my theories have even a bit of truth, Sensei would be far from being a fool, while Maya, as wise as she seems, would be ``just a normal, unlucky teenager girl``

Somewhere between 30 and 40. There are still 6 main girls that have yet to move in and three confirmed side characters who have yet to show up. After those 9 are in the game, we won't be seeing any more characters for quite a long time.

I do know where I want to take the story and how things will end, but that doesn't mean I won't add stuff to it every once in a while if I find things that fit.

Fool is often given to protagonists yes, but I decided to give it to Molly because I feel she represents the viewpoint of most of the people who play this much more than Sensei does, fulfilling the “everyman” aspect of the card. (Also I didn’t have any other characters I felt fit Wheel of Fortune lol)

I've gone through 4 weeks, (in game), since the last update and I can't get the 'There is nothing" event to trigger. In fact, nothing new seems to have happened since the Halloween party. Makoto has been missing for weeks. I'm stuck in a loop. What do I need to do to advance from here?

Most of those are for after the event you're having trouble with, the rest I'm not sure.

You need the Kaori events.

Indeed, 'happy' scenes and side characters seem to be the top two causes of this particular issue with the odd occurrence of the event not triggering when it is supposed to sprinkled in. This one is proving to be more of an issue for technical or missing event reasons than the other one, which was more of an issue because people couldn't figure out where to go. It sounds like an issue in the saves if it is a technical issue. If it was in the game itself, I would have had it assuming I did what was needed to trigger the issue. I'm sure it is incredibly frustrating on both sides of the game, developer and player.

Those are basically the real main story, so skipping any is not a good idea.

Sure, I was only referring to the game, nothing matters, nothing is real etc. Of course, I will try with the little cheat and bring Rin back in the game. I used the computer after I finished this update, and if it goes to shit, I'll have to get back to before the beach event. Crossing my fingers....
