I would've added links for each game, but I had a limit of 5 links so I did it for the ones I think are less known right now (Except Harem Hotel. That one has a special place in my firm)

You haven't met the requirements yet for those events, but aren't yet blocked from getting them. Usually affection, but some can require other events to be seen first.
A lot of events are tied to the affection meter of multiple characters or you have to see a different event first, if you notice some characters having lower affection than others, or if you're missing some events for characters try unlocking those events first.

You can’t yet, unfortunately. I’ll have something added in 0.7.0 that will allow you to. I don’t have much experience with Android so I was under the impression there was a built in hide feature (Like pressing H on PC). But it’s been pointed out to me that this isn’t the case and I’ll have it fixed for the next main update.
Not 100% sure what the trigger is, but if you do have all prior events, just try possibly visiting places you haven't been before (like each day visit a new location) or raising the affection of some characters who are lower than the others. Although from my experience having beaten the game twice, the 5th secret event typically occurs for me like a week or 2 after I unlocked all other events
That means you unlock it by repeating their sex scenes.
