Dude, this game's charm is in the combination of story, visual and music, but if you really only want to look at 18+ scenes (not the strongest point of this game by a mile, well, maybe quite good in writing, but really not a fap material), just search inside the game folder (game-images-subscribestar), they are all there in the open.

Story making fun of harem games while doing the exact same thing? Check. Forcing people into a sex scene only to admonish them while trying really REALLY hard to be needlessly edgy? Check. Breaking the 4th wall as often as possible without removing it entirely? Check.

I would do a review but I was only able to make it a single scene in before these issues (and the larger issues they represent) became too much. On the upside the games music/models/grammar are all average or above (I would not mind more if the story was "good"). On the downside this is one of the "worst" stories (of games that have story beyond MC returns home and fucks everyone). My issues arent even with the context of the story I am fine with playing someone "bad/evil", I am fine with psychedelic/cosmic horror in my porn games, I am fine with a story that hurts you before the end (My favorite adult game of all time falls into this category), unfortunately one thing I can not deal with is the "im14andthisisdeep" style of storytelling (the dev/narrator literally says they are showing the scene to show how much THEY HATE US). A story is not inherently good because it calls out tropes. Sure the horror scene with the niece could be effective.... if every single person who plays it wants to breed their niece (but for some reason are still downloading a largely story focused game over the hundreds of incest breeding games) but if they dont like incest, dont want to breed, dont trust that shes your niece, dont like her hair color etc then the scene is honestly just the dev trying to pull a DDLC but with a character you have a few paragraphs of dialogue with, while using a much more niche fetish (romance in ddlc vs incest in that scene).


I do not believe there is a single thing that this game does to truly stand out which is fine for a generic "quick fap" game but starts to hurt more when you move away from that and try to be something more. From the story, the models, the psychedelia, the 4th wall breaking, hell even the music have all been done better in other games (often multiple of these points at once) and they are done without the dev and or narrator literally saying the hate the player.

Interesting, is the rework putting off new players? I'll admit I thought the dream sequence with Ami at the start was a bit off putting, it was better in the original IMO. other than that I am loving the rework. Sorry you didn't like it, maybe play an earlier version? This game honestly has one of the best stories of any porn game I have ever played but you need to let things progress a bit.

Well, funnily enough one of the major choices is if you want to lewd niece or not xD
And again, people who like this game dont really care about sex scenes outside of their effect on the target of said scene.
And damn, at least tell me what is your best adult game, why people always do this ffs, maybe I missed a gem for all I know.

So i've just played until the first reworked Maya event and so far mixed feelings about this rework (obviously it's a tiny fraction of the entire revamp so take with a pinch of salt)

For what it's worth I love this game and I don't even think the meta-stuff is very "deep"(for lack of a better word).
This might sound insane I don't think it's even /intending/ to be all that deep with stuff it's more like the.... context? ...or like a filter? which it uses to get at the what it's messages and ideas really are. Like I really don't see this as just being a story trying to put across some grand message about like... people who play eroge....

(For the record the part I really love about this story is the stuff it gets into with it's character writing and drama)

I should note that it isnt just this game where the issue of being forced to do something then having the game try to act high and mighty about it has caused me to stop playing, even AAA games can suffer from this as I dropped TLoU 2 about halfway through (when the game tried to make me feel bad about killing a dog that 100% has to be killed to progress)

Perhaps the writing gets less 4th wall reliant and improves overall (again grammatically this game is perfectly fine) but between being forced to grind (as is common in sandbox), and especially being forced to do paths to advance in others really does not bode well for those who dont like to be "punished" for what people force on us. Funnily enough the only way to insure that I dont interact with someone/thing who hates me is to just delete the game and play any of the games that I (or the rest of the site) rate more highly.

I guess the impasse here is I don't really see Sensei as a representation of the player, he's entirely his own character. That Ami scene is about /Sensei's/ twisted feelings (along with some Decryption Horror foreshadowing). Again, the meta-y stuff feels more like a filter and not "The Point". But I digress. I suppose I'm just looking at this game through an entirely different lens.

At that point Sensei has a few hours (?) worth of memories, for him to have feelings about her the game would have to be outright lying about him not remembering anything or his "amnesia" would have to remove the memory of his name, everyone he has known for years, where he lives, what he does on a day to day basis but somehow left his feelings towards his niece intact? None of the dialog choices hint towards any DEEP incestuous feelings (and again the scene is not in the non bonus version) so where do these feelings come from?

I could answer that question, but I'd have to get into spoiler territory. If your hangups are mostly centered on that stuff I'd tell you to keep reading 'cause you might understand why I might look at it this way.
But I don't really want to pressure you, if you're really not convinced you could end up liking the game you're totally right to find something better to do with your time.

Why do you have makoto's mother tell you to call her at night, but then at night have the phone tell you that you should go to the porn shop, only to get the same scene with makoto 150 times.

Only game I've ever just downloaded a gallery unlocker for. I like the writing, but not enough to read the same blurbs 150 times to get a single scene to trigger. I might as well just glue to control button down.

To clarify -- the scene you're talking about, early in the game, is not skippable. It's a dream/nightmare sequence.

Later in the game, you can choose whether or not MC ACTUALLY does things with her.

I dunno if something like this already exists, but it'd be cool to have a mod that (with a click of a button or something) will convert Hex to ASCII or Bin to ASCII. This way I wouldn't have to clip the image, OCR it, then run it through a converter online.

Finally got time to play the new version and...niece banging mini-game is just too much. In old version there was still sex and you kinda not sure if it was just a dream or not (and instead of it being a showing of his "hate" it was showing his "appreciation for downloading the game"), but here its just unnecessary cryptic and instead of light hint of "something maybe going on? Maybe not" its "Dude, something going on, its not natural at all! WTF?". A good way to show that there is something wrong, but was it really needed? Wasn't looming of it was better than it being certain?

Honestly I think the games sandbox mode is it's weakest part and it gets really annoying to do all the event for a character you don't care about only for their next events to need you to increase a stat by 10 so you have o waste 10 in game days.
