There are many answers to this question. But I assume you're asking in the sense of "if I hurt Rin in the bad homie, isn't that supposed to be the green one?" - well, it's not that simple.
For one, in bad homie you hurt Rin once in the somewhat beginning of your relationship. In good homie you're more or less a perfect friend to her, and she still neglects you during the Otoha thing. She spills out the Chika thing to Otoha. And all that makes her eventual breakdown about it much worse (during the church quiz), since there's not a shred of justification as to why she's so far from Akira. She's fucking up a relationship with someone that stood by her in multiple levels, even foregoing sex for her. So in that case, good homie isn't less hurtful to her, it just hurts her in a different (and imo deeper) way. Through guilt basically.
But yeah, it's what people already said, green path tends to be more hurtful, but it's not about that - it's about the narrative that Selebus chose as what he intended to tell.
