But you get to see the letters without having to do any kind of shenanigans after you experience one update worth of events at the second christmas event (halloween 2 -> november (you are here) -> christmas 2). feels kinda fitting that if you want to read the letters before the game gives it to you that you should do a little work for it.



Optional non canon content that is fun to read through the scripts of if you've reached chapter 4 and none of it counts as game spoilers. Some of it is neat since it gives you entirely new ways of viewing characters, or more of stuff that only appeared for a moment (I'm a fan of both Maya scenes and reading how confident she is outside of the resets)

If you load them into the game instead of just reading the scripts of them your saves will be permanently deleted, if you asked the question instead of figuring it out yourself you probably shouldn't trust yourself to disable the drm.

DVD bonus feature-style content. Commentary tracks for certain scenes, non-canon animations featuring alternate versions of certain characters (there is content for Chinami, but it's an aged up version of her). Does not alter the actual game, but some of the content is intended to be access through the laptop on weekends.

HOWEVER, there's also DRM that wants to wipe your saves, so do not install it to your game. If you're going to download it, put it in a seperate folder and view the contents through your file explorer.

I think people should (generally) take harsh comments about Ami with a grain of salt.

Fact of the matter is that Ami does a lot of fucked up shit. But so do a lot of the characters. Or they likely would if they had enough awareness throughout the cycles to do it, as Ami and Maya did. So on the one hand I can sort of understand her, but on the other I also dislike her because, well, that's the natural response for someone doing fucked up shit to people I like.

I forgot to check if there was a time where it was actually broken, but I remember about this point calling Yumi at night once and it actually working.

Man those letters tickle my brain just right. And now I get the best event chain after Christmas 2 for that effort. Getting that 5th letter to format correctly was quite a bitch.

God that was such a good event…

Even since playthrough number one, I’ve always felt that “Spotless Mind” was one of my favorites.
