I think hes just learning. Growing, if you want. Like a tree maybe ツTbh the MC is giving me mixed signal. Sometime he does Care, but in his own way, sometime the hinge just goes off and shit happen, then combine with his random disconnect to his own body that lead to sudden timeskip/happy event. I still cant get a grasp to how the MC actual thought process.
Not really. Her intro event was almost entirely interactions with Sensei, with her being somewhat rude to the filming crew only after their sudden reunion, which understandably unbalanced her. She even interrupts her rant for a second to inquire whether Ami is alright. Her intro event screamed stereotypical celebrity type. I'm not talking about her interactions with player Sensei, he kind of earned those with his antics.
Well, if we write A LOT of theories then by the law of probability one of it must be trueI don't see how and if it is annoying, they should speak up. We can't know it is annoying unless they do. This place has been used as a place for theorizing from day one and there has been no complaints about the theories. I'd say they are fine as they are, including ending theories, as long as people make sure it is worded to distinguish it from discussion about actual events. Otherwise people might get confused and take a theory as something that happened in game. Example, I usually mention that I have a theory before actually stating what it is. This has no effect on the actual game, there are no spoilers in the theories because none of it has happened and it is unlikely any of them actually will. It would honestly take a miracle to guess what Selebus has in store correctly, he is very unpredictable in his writing, which is actually not a bad thing.
I am really curious now, what are the influences / recommendations for other denpa games ? Cause the only ones I know are DDLC, totono, higurashi and subahibi, and I would like more in this genre.Although DDLC is the most mainstream (and thus, widely known) denpa game, there are quite a few others in the genre. When asked about influences, recommendations for other denpa games, and the like, Selebus has never even mentioned DDLC. I highly doubt it will have the same ending.
Of course, only Selebus can say for sure, and I highly doubt he's gonna give any hints about the ending here.
Would you say "boobies" if I asked you why ?I believe in Futaba supremacy
I personally don't play a lot of denpa games, but here are some posts by Selebus about it:I am really curious now, what are the influences / recommendations for other denpa games ? Cause the only ones I know are DDLC, totono, higurashi and subahibi, and I would like more in this genre.
Cross Channel is one of my favorite games and Taichi was definitely a big influence on how I approached Sensei!
There are more, but they're buried in long responses to other users. I recommend using the search feature in this thread to look for "recommend" and "influence" as two separate searches.I've only played like three Western VNs so all of my recommendations will be for Japanese ones (But don't worry, they're all translated).
Some of my favorites in this same genre are:
You must be registered to see the links(Game literally changed my life and gave me the motivation I needed to start writing again)
You must be registered to see the links(More character drama/time-loop stuff with another protagonist who is also a horrible person)
You must be registered to see the links(NTR Warning for this one. GREAT game in terms of fourth wall breaks with a sub-focus on religion)
Yeah, Io's not great either. And Yasu seems to have been assigned white as her text color (based on her introductory appearance) so obviously something will have to be done to accommodate that.It looks good, though it is a bit hard to see Yuki's stats. A product of her name color and the background, of course.
If I were being overly reductive and was too lazy to explain further, yes, but its more than that. I really adore her for the 'come out of a self-isolation for the sake of love" trope. This is why it will constantly be towing the line between Futaba and Sana for me.Would you say "boobies" if I asked you why ?
a couple of things that just seem off with your theory,I'm not so sure on her relation, I do think she had some sort of relationship prior to the story, but my best guess is they had a romantic relationship, not a familial one. Furthermore, I believe Noriko to have been the reason for the game's events in the first place. My theory is that she got in the way of old Sensei and Maya in a deadly way, or at least it was supposed to be deadly. He survived and Maya realizes that he isn't the same and acts cold to him for that reason, because it is not the same person. Noriko doesn't, however, which is why her intro plays out like it does. She only realizes that the relationship between Maya and what I now refer to as player Sensei is over. She still thinks the man she tried to kill is there, just with no memory of the relationship she tried to end by force, and as a result, she's trying to take him agressively in a sexual blitzkrieg before he can either regain his memory or reestablish a relationship with someone else on the same level he had before. That's my theory, anyway.
I did not miss baby finches, I am heavily implying they had an incestuous relationship(which is what resulted in the world breaking), and the relationship mentioned by noriko is never fully clarified as what KIND of relationship she was jealous of considering maya was 6 and sensei was like 15-17 when he walked out of noriko's life... current sensei seems to have the moral compass to hit that regardless but older versions of him have been portrayed as much more... thoughtful and far less skevy than that. The biggest fault in my theory to me is needing an explanation for Maya's last name.Maybe you missed the event baby finches

Hm ok. Sorry but i dont see them being related. At least not by blood.I did not miss baby finches, I am heavily implying they had an incestuous relationship(which is what resulted in the world breaking), and the relationship mentioned by noriko is never fully clarified as what KIND of relationship she was jealous of considering maya was 6 and sensei was like 15-17 when he walked out of noriko's life... current sensei seems to have the moral compass to hit that regardless but older versions of him have been portrayed as much more... thoughtful and far less skevy than that. I think that has something to do with Sensei getting broken every time he dives too deep into his past. That's why she tries subtle approach and goes mad when Noriko just dups lore on Sensei without any consequences. If im correct that Maya wants her old mentaly ill Sensei back because they were like soulmates its difficult to understand why she tries to prevent Sensei from knowing too much (the past).
This much is pretty much confirmed. She insinuates that new Sensei might in fact be old Sensei (with missing or messed up memories).
I think it's Sensei's own doing, a failsafe. He wanted to be free from whatever heavy shit was in his life and just fuck around with girls in infinite loops. His memories always lurks just beyond the surface, enough to remember tastes and have general statements like "I've always...", but dive too deep and he goes bananas. And if he finds out about himself the world would end or at least Sensei gets erased out of that world or becomes a mental neutrum.
I used to think that Maya was Sensei's daughter, now I think she's a sister of a woman, that Sensei was really in love with and that eventually married a man Sensei felt deeply inferior to, his own brother. That kinda explains her attitude towards Noriko. They were in similar situations, a competitors, rivals.Hm ok. Sorry but i dont see them being related. At least not by blood.
Ok i have to go somewhat deeper now. Dont know if you read it already but me and zane (el_zane_123) had an ongoing conversation some pages back. So be warned. Honestly, I don't think this is entirely true. There are several moments where he very obviously does care about them. It's certainly how the MC sees himself, and it's true that he's not a good person, but he's also very obviously not a heartless monster. Also, he hasn't raped anyone. Even when he kissed Yumi, it seemed pretty clear to me that something took control from him. He's not a good person, but he's also not completely uncaring.I love the game and the girls but the MC he has no feeling he doesn't give two shits he's boring and kinda cold all he freaking cares about is how to get in the girls pants he doesn't give two shits about what they like or don't like he says that many times we just have an MC that doesn't care for any of that why do we have to go through with it why can't we get an option to just fuck them like the MC wants he's not looking for a wife or gf he just wants to get his dick wet and move on to the next girl till hes fuck them all and then he's done

I guess I’m pretty much the same, but a couple of steps behind; never spent (or intend to) on pron or depravity, but now plan to throw in a contribution to one of the basic tiers for this.I finally caved, not once have I ever spent money on any kind of porn whatsoever but the writing in this is so incredible that I am now a $5 patron. Looking forward to checking out the new update and iirc I think another drops in a few days. Looking forward to it Selebus, keep this shit going.
Yo! They both take about the same cut so it's really whichever one you prefer. If you intend to vote on the polls, it's probably easier to do it through Patreon since an extra step is involved for voting through SubscribeStar.I guess the question I have is; which ‘host’ (Paetron, SS…) is best to contribute through? Does one take a bigger / smaller cut?
