Don't forget the Raid shadow legends Molly scenes, there is even 2 iirc. Raid shadow legends will pay him with a swat raid if they find out.

Just for the record, the game tells you this immediately before showing the IP: "Write this down and do not share it with anyone else as it will be required in the near future."
It's been quite a while since I've actually played, but last time I checked, the stats just worked as restrictions on which story events can happen. Even with maxed stats, there's still a pretty consistent order you have to do stuff in. There's some leeway, but you're generally gonna have to follow the story for a while before any of the girls are gonna sleep with you.

Sure. If I were to create an unauthorized fan translation of something, I would own the copyright to that translation, and it would be illegal for the IP owner to use it (even if it would also be illegal for me to distribute it).
In any case the Koikatsu visual stuff is kind of irrelevent, imho. Maybe Illusion would have a case against him; I don't know. I don't think that's a can of worms that I would want to open, but Selebus definitely owns the text of the game and he would probably be able to make a claim on that basis alone.
Anyone trigger the new happy event? it's under "bad boy" and "ground into nothing" which mine are crossed out if that changes anything.

That's between the makers of Koikatsu and Selebus - if they aren't inclined to press a legal case, that's up to them. Selebus has made it very clear that he does not condone the piracy of LiL.
This is such a bullshit argument. Are you saying that if a publisher printed an unauthorized version of Lolita and Nabokov got none of the royalties from it he would have had no case because his book is about an adult man having sex with a 12-year old?

What people are saying is that if he doesn't respect that company's terms, why should people respect his? And if he does take legal action, then his violation of the terms will be brought up, which will get Illusion involved, whether they want to or not.

i'm personally not gonna argue about the legal validity of any of this, but i am gonna marvel at the gall of people who try to maintain some sort of moral high ground in regards to internet piracy on an internet forum specializing in pirating porn games that were created by developers who more than likely pirated and copied the game engines and assets they used to make them. and when said porn games promote and glorify subject matter that is morally...questionable, to say the least, then it's just all the more ridiculous to me. again, be forreal.
but to play along with your analogy for a second, it would be more akin to dear old Vladimir getting upset at a bookstore for giving out free copies of the next chapter of Lolita two weeks before he was gonna start giving them out for free anyway, and he was mad at that bookstore because he wanted those two weeks to be spent being able to entice more people to pay money to read that chapter early. after all, the book is ultimately completely free, but quite a lot of people pay him to read the next installment right after it's finished, and it would be nice to get more to do the same. so it's unfair to him for that bookstore to deny him the opportunity to do that.
but here's the kicker: if that bookstore didn't carry Lolita when it first started getting published, there probably wouldn't be too many people paying to read it early now, or reading it at all for that matter. in fact, Vladimir wanted that bookstore to carry Lolita and was really proud of himself when they did, because he knew that even if they liked to give out free copies of books as soon as they could, it was a great way to build up the popularity of his. and regardless, the free copies didn't matter much since he couldn't actually sell the book anyway. he could only sell the option to read the next chapter early. but things change, and the book is pretty popular now, and Vladimir feels like he's being robbed of the opportunity to make more money selling that option. he wants people to see that they have to wait two extra weeks and decide to just pay to read it now. he doesn't want people to be able to skip the step where they pay. but what Vladimir doesn't recognize is that the vast majority of the people who do skip that step were never going to pay anyway. if they weren't able to make that skip, they would've just...waited to read it for free.
so nothing was actually lost but the illusion of the opportunity to gain. the people who would be willing to pay, will ultimately pay, whether it be out of convenience, impatience, or just a desire to support an author they enjoy. and then the people who would not be willing to pay, simply never will.

Yo, I remember playing this game a long time ago, and the first "sex" scene (well, it was actually a dream) with Ami was pretty expositive. Now, I downloaded the newest version and that first scene has been swapped by a not sex scene, it's just her head going everywhere and a bunch of horny dialog. Is it some kind of censor, do I need a patch or something?
Edit: oops, I just read the dev notes, so I guess the H scenes have been completely removed from the beginning of the game

that is a result of the chapter 1 rework. i, and many other suggest you play the original version (if you can still find a link) up until the end of chapter 1 and then continue on with the newest version.
the rework adds some minor events, changes some events, removes some h scenes, and generally improves the games visuals. a lot of the initial build up of suspense is lost in the rework tho, and that’s the biggest reason why i don’t prefer it

I seem to be stuck in the broken world. I have 40 favor with god but there's never any option to go to a school or something else. I've restarted like 5 times now and played through but always get stuck here.(I can go to the school dorm but it just is a dead end that starts the next day.) Maybe someone could provide me with a post rewind/broken world save incase something is broken with my game.

The thing is... this doesn't actually seem to be true. There does seem to be a sizeable number of people who will pay if they have to but are also quite happy to just pirate it if that's an option. When Selebus was still on Patreon, he would occasionally show his actual numbers, and there was a noticeable difference when an update leaked like five days after release and when it leaked immediately.
That may be, but what % of his income is because of people discovering his game through sites like this? 50%? 70%?
Wouldn't surprise me if it's even higher than that, it's not on steam and word of mouth on a game with very "questionable" content seems unlikely.
Still i got nothing against the guy, hope he chills out a bit since pirates gonna pirate whether he wants them to or not.

It truly is a case of "he got what he needed from us, and now he's done with us" There are posts from him saying how much it would mean if his game got featured on f95 featured games. So really the worst kind of people, people that use, then dispose, to get what they want. I think Sensei is even better then that.
If I remember right from when I briefly paid for this game and was on the discord, he did ask people to give this game good reviews specifically because that led to his game being more discoverable.
Guy’s a straight up hypocrite. He wants the benefits that come with being listed here without the downsides.
