If you dig around in this thread, there are multiple posts from the developer explicitly stating explicit loli content wouldn't be in the game. My guess is that a lot of people didn't realize that was just Patreon placation.

Techincally 3 hours is enough to fast rewatch of 0.39 to be more ready
Practlically I don't want to ever rewatch 0.39
Why is that? I mean sure, it wasnt really the best update. But i wouldnt call it something i would like to never see again. That award goes to the Mall Maze event, or the second reset.
